I witnessed employees mistreating customers because they didn’t speak good English. They embarrassed these customers in front of all the customers. All the employees were involved except the oldest lady.

Was there just a few minutes a go. Everything low stocked i understand and am patient. She leaves a huge part of my sandwich without chicken. Cuts me off every sentence. I ask for sauce on the side which ima pay for gives me a dot. All we hear is this lady which im assuming is manager id just scolding the employees over lil things. Really rude and ruined my mood when i was starving. Didn’t even bother cutting my sandwich

Y’all go ahead and go to another subway cause this one is trash. Their customer service ain’t it. My husband and I went to buy subway today October 3,2025 around 8:00 pm in drive thru and we ordered our sandwich with a guy and I guess it was a chicana old lady like in her late 40s or her 50s and she’s the one that made the sandwich wrong we got home and noticed she put ranch and bacon which I didn’t ask for I’m allergic to ranch. We went back and she started saying that that is what we ordered and kept going back and fourth with us. Then the guy who actually took our order told her that yes it didn’t come with bacon or ranch and all she said was oh after going back and fourth with my husband and having the worst customer service. I think she is the manager if I’m not mistaking she had her daughter there in the back with her while she’s working. After the guy basically told her that no it wasn’t suppose to come with ranch and bacon she just said oh and grabbed the sandwich from my husband and threw it away with an Attitude. I don’t appreciate her attitude. I will not be coming here again. If she can’t do her job right cause she’s watching her daughter there then maybe she shouldn’t be working there. Or find a baby sitter. Simple. If it wasn’t for that guy literally telling her she got it wrong she would of just kept going back and fourth with my husband.

Needs training on customer service.. I spoke when I walked in no response had to speak again, I got a hello. 5mins waiting before the lady said I'll be with in a few. They don't like changing their gloves. They handle money ,paper receipts orders from the window, refrigerator door handles your food. Ask was there more spinach because both containers was near empty the happy lady told me that was all they had. She didn't go look are did she ask anyone. I will be calling corporate on them . The happy lady had her name badge on her hat.

These ladies know how to make a truly delicious Sub ..I've been eating there so long they know exactly what I want as I walk in the door...the manager works long and hard to make her store more than just a sandwich shop..I definitely want to recommend you grab a sub or one of their many other treats..

This subway has the worst employees ever, obviously not all of them are rude but most of them. The attitude is terrible. Rudeness all around. I literally stopped eating here because of how bad the attitude is. please save your money and spend it on another subway, not this one. and for the manager, treat your employees with respect.
