Best subway I've been to! The employees were cleaning the dining area. They were very nice and welcoming! My sandwich was delicious! Thank you for bringing back the soups!

Very rude service, a bad attitude. No one wanted to work and act like it was a big inconvenience having to wait on customers. I will not go here again.
I ordered thru DoorDash and they forgot my chips, the workers did not want to be bothered so I went in there and got them myself. As I’m walking out the managed that ALWAYS has an attitude tries to check me about getting the chips that they clearly did not bag. I told her I was not stealing and she wanted to go back and forth with me. DO NOT COME TO THIS SUBWAY! if I could give it zero stars I would. Manager has horrible customer service and so do her workers except for 1. She does not know how to talk to customer nor her workers. They need to fire her

I love SW cookies and stopped to buy some when I asked the code for the RR she made me buy first before I can use the RR. I get it, restroom for costumers only I have no problem with that but literally couldn’t let me
Use it first I would have giving her my card to hold if she wanted to. I’m going to report her and her minions that just stood there and didn’t say anything.
It is a horrible experience shopping there, Mrs. MARTHA, as her hat said, is despotic, rude, racist, with customers and with her colleagues she treats the young man who is there serving extremely badly, she throws things at him and snatches his tickets. I don't understand why, despite customer comments, they continue to serve that way. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!

I should have just read the reviews . Horrible service! The manager Jenny is a liar and stands up for her employees bad behavior. Ordered through DoorDash order was wrong , called store Jenny was so nasty to me ! I’ll never spend another dollar here .. food poorly made and horrible customer service. Jenny screams out … the girl who made your food had been here six years , oooh so I’m lying about not receiving mayonnaise? When I’m the one eating the dry sandwich … calls customers liars ! The truth is I didnt even want to put 1 star because honestly the customer service was really bad, especially the women Jenny because her actitude was really rude I would even say she is a bit racist. This would be the last time I would come back here.

I give one star today because I went through the drive through around 3:20pm or so and the lady that answer had an attitude and didn’t even get my order right because of it, it’s like she didn’t care, I ask for a #33 and got chicken not toasted and missing the sauce that comes on it, so I called and told them not 3 minutes later and said well we have to see the sandwich, so we can replace it, I told her I can’t come back and don’t get off till 8 then she was like well hold it till then just crazy I should have been told keep your receipt and we will make you one when you can make it back no customer service skills and my food was nasty on top of that

I want my refund. I never received my order. Please email me or call me. I have proof. I ordered delivery. Received text from doordash saying my order was on the way then doordash saying my order was canceled. I immediately checked my account and the order said voided. Then an hour later, the manager calls, tells me my order is ready for pickup and if I can't pick it up, I can't get my refund. I told her I didn't order pick up. So I should get my refund. She said no. This order was 39.18. I'd like to get my money back. I got pictures of this foolishness.
