I Tried to order a avocado sandwich I asked can I switch for teriyaki And they said No I then asked okay can we make the same type of sandwich but you charge me extra for the meats and the avocado that’s perfectly fine with me instead the Lady walked away in frustration after telling me no they then began to speak to in Spanish Trying to talk down on me And I speak Spanish too and let them know they can charge me extra but to please just make the regular chicken into teriyaki chicken Again was told no Just to make it from scratch so I did and I was charged more which I was perfectly fine in doing so.

I got the worst made sandwich doesn’t look appetizing and then the Manager and worker went in to the back to hide when I wanted to complain that my sandwich was made Sloppy outta I’ll intent

This store is very racist I will never eat or pickup a door dash order from them ever again I came in to pick up a door dash politely asked to use the restroom there were two kids working not adults they began to argue that I couldn't use the restroom even though I was picking up a door dash from the subway.... not more then 1 min afterwards another hispanic person walks in and ask to use the restroom didn't buy anything or order first the employees immediately said sure let me unlock it first. Wow never again and I would advise anyone not of hispanic background not to go there and be subject to the same bs I was. It's sad that I look back and think this is what I poured my blood sweat and tears into to protect while serving my country in the military. Definitely notifying ice for some checks they barely speak a lick of English

This is possibly the worst subway i been to and I been to alot of bad ones . Spent a arm and a leg on what we thought was meals that's what we said we wanted but the poor verbal communication hindered the woman from doing her job effectively. She was extremely rude about it when I asked where was my chips and soda. Then she said she couldn't add it on because I already paid for it and it would be 4.50 more. Which seem so extreme because my wrap was $14 just for a wrap???? I think something is strange because they usually don't charge that much. The women in this location speak mostly Spanish and I been sitting here for about 15 minutes and they haven't been rude to any of the Spanish speaking customers just me and my son. The only hiring people from Mexico apparently because another worker entered and she doesn't speak any English. That really isn't fair to people that want to work that are from here. Yall need to really take into consideration the amount of 1 Star reviews this location is receiving . This reflects a problem at management level. I would definitely consider hiring people that can communicate with all the customers. 2 meals we didn't get drinks or chips and they charged us almost $25 that isn't affordable or acceptable. I wouldnt suggest coming to this location. I went to the location on tidwell and got the same thing with drink and chips for $14 . Do the math what is going on at this location is it personal profits they are gaining by over charging ? All the lady had to do was add on the drinks and chips she wanted us to pay extra. And the sandwich is dry and you better get a drink or choke on the bread. The choice is yours. Don't choose to come here though.

Normally I go to this subway and it is normally ok, but today I ordered on the app, put special instructions and paid for extra stuff and did not receive any of it. I am so upset about this visit this will probably be my last time going.

I always come to this location, staff is friendly courteous and helpful. Now these cookies.....has anyone noticed how thin Subway cookies are , so thin they start crumbling in the box or package. The cookies use to be thicker in size. That's a shame...... Quality has a 1 star
