Went to buy 4 dinners, sandwich, chips, drink and cookies. Young boy behind counter says they have no cookies because they didn't cook any. Then he started laughing. So I assumed he wasn't going to cook any and I said why do you think this is funny? He said he didn't know but he did think it was funny. There was drink all over the floor in the floor was sticky the ice machine had no ice, he did agree to put some ice in the ice machine however. For the most part the store is unclean this young man and the other young man working with him refused to tell us their names. But we did find the owner's name on the door. Zain Dharani is the owners name. It also had his phone number, so we called him. So far, he has not responded to our message. Bottom line, it is a dirty store with no food prepared to serve, and the two young men working there tonight are rude, not at all interested in selling food or cleaning the store. We DO NOT recommend this store at Heights Blvd and I-10 in the Houston Heights.

Waited in Line for them to start orders for customers that were not even there for pick up. Take care of your customers that have been waiting in line and are present first. Slowest service from a subway ever!

I bought a FL turkey on wheat for my senior Dad, he was disappointed, not enough turkey and the bread was overly toasted, hard to chew. Dad kept saying it tasted like old bread. We have gone to other Subways and there is always plenty of turkey on the sandwiches and the bread is not overly toasted and dry.

Worst place ever, the guy here is so rude, didnt even let us sit and eat just because he wanted to ckean and he lied that he is about to close, he didn heat up the sandwich and when we went back and ask if he coukd do that , he said i m nt gonna do that .. worst ever place to be ... never recommend anyone to go at this subway...

Customers who order online be aware and make sure before you leave the restaurant to check your sandwiches. I made an online order and the services was bad! I purchased 5 sandwiches and when I arrived home the sandwiches were horribly done. It hardly had meat nor veggies. All 5 sandwiches looked like they had been squished and ugly. Terrible service!
