I don’t know why people feel they can play with your money and time at these restaurants now I’m in line for the chicken special now the lady before me got a complete full scoop and when she put it on the bread she reached back in and added some more chicken to eat and gave her 3 pieces of bacon now it’s my time I got a half scoop of meat and she was about to put two piece of bacon I stopped her and said no where’s the rest of my meat she told me that’s all I get wow I just watched you fill the lady in front of me up all I wonted was my right portion it’s getting crazy out here from people having they picks when you walk in the door but I’m get treated just like the next person fairly. So no I won’t return

Absolutely horrible service !!!! Horrible !!!!!!!! Walked in employee didn’t acknowledge us . Another customer walked in and immediately greeted her . I asked why are they greeted and not us , she said they online . Online or lot she had no idea this customer was coming on the door . If my client wasn’t hungry with low blood sugars I would have walked out the door !!! Please go somewhere else where s vice is friendly

Employee was rude. It’s 10:40 p.m. I understand yall close at 11 but there was no need for the attitude. Look at the attitude on that face. The closed the store 15 mins before store hours.

I ordered Rotisserie Chicken through the Subway app. Tried calling store multiple times, N/A. My sandwich literally has scarps of chicken, like 3 pieces of chicken & the rest is vegetables & bread. No cheese… My coworker ordered the same thing from the same place & her order was perfect? Not understanding??! like did yall run out of chicken for my sandwich or something? This is so disappointing. I need my money back bc I’m not eating this. I wish I was informed & I would’ve got something else.. Will never order ever again
Update: been calling since Saturday. 06/14/25; Called again today, Monday. 06/16/25 . Management just answers & hung up. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. TERRIBLE SERVICE

DO NOT ORDER through the subway App it’s a fraud the Manager Geovanny was no help when my order was never received. It’s been 3 weeks now and no refund has been given yet.
