I would rate it less than one star but I can’t. The manager Helen is extremely rude, unprofessional and never punctual.
I don’t understand how she is manager and acts like doing her job is such an issue. On top of that, she has her kids in the store . I don’t think this shows professionalism at all. Subway please evaluate who yall promote and hire someone better

The manager is very rude. She never greeted me and was on the phone the entire time. She also had her children all over the restaurant.

Showed up just before noon, absolutely no customers in the store. The lady working seen us walk in however stayed in the back another 6 or 8 mins before coming to make sandwiches. When she did come to the front she acted like doing her job was a burden and she didn't want to be there. When starting our sandwiches she had an attitude and was rude. Seen the veggies and the lettuce looked old, wilted and brown. Needless to say we walked out. Place needs a major cleaning and some better employees. Worst subway experience ever, and I travel so I've had subway experiences in multiple locations. This one is nasty and nasty employees. DO BETTER.
