The lady was very rude I ask for wheat bread give me white bread ask for the sandwich to be toast had to repeat myself three times ask for spinach she pick up lettuce rude lady got upset and told someone else to help me.I will be in contact BBB this is ridiculous

Ladies are very rude, unprofessional and stingy. One they don’t greet at all when customers walk in, nor when approaching the counters. You ask for extra condiments they act as if they don’t hear you. If you order extra toppings online they ignore your requests. Once you repeat yourself in person for extra condiments they give attitude and one extra piece of whatever you asked for. They act like they don’t speak English. They take money from your hand yet places everything on the counter, while your hand awaits. Just overall rude and not a good way to represent Subway. If you don’t love your job, get a new one.

Very unprofessional got 3 footlong all different kind, chk teriyaki didn’t have 2 scoops in their jar but she managed by not filling each scoop and then the sriracha sauce i asked extra but they hardly had like 1 squeeze and then she says is that all but didnt get the refill of the sauce, and in chicken teriyaki the same thing. Just cause no one get their name she wears name tag on her side hat. Very lazy staff

Did online order bread was not toasted as requested ask for less mayo they put extra yuck , steak was cold not even heated , ask for spinach no spinach no mustard was added when asked overall my cheese and steak sandwich was not enjoyable like other times, I will think twice before another online order ?and I even added a tip??♀️

Went to this Subway on Antoine, they advertise closing at 9:00 pm, however, I got there at 8:25 pm and the guy mopping the floor told me they were closed. I tried asking him about the time difference and he wouldn’t even look up at me.

I went today Thursday 04/01/2024Why did my husband want a Subway Beef??It's great, why did they finish everything and didn't put any buts, very clean place, and the employees are good ????'s, Mainly Mrs. Chaparrita, the one who is dispatching the orders, kindly asks you what you want in your sandwich ? and it will reign as you ask for it ??Nothing more than the prices are super high, everything has been doubled. Before it cost 6.99, today I paid 12 dollars? for the same order?????

Finally good service! I had stopped coming here for a while because the service was horrendous. They were much nicer, courteous and attentive. The food was fresh and the prices fair. I will return.

The women there had horrible attitudes, they tried serving us rotten food, you could literally see that the food was bad and we asked for fresh food, and they gave us a death stare and refused, they cross contaminated food right in front of us. They put too many cucumbers on the sandwich that had meatballs on it, so she took them off and got meatball sauce all over the cucumbers, this place is insanely filthy, the restrooms don’t even work.
