I had been today at evening 5 service was so pathetic there was a girl with the speaks who was taking the order she was so rude and arrogant looking to me and my kids so miserably as if we are taking something in free plz do not go in this subway location staff over there are really bad they need to change the Staff and keep new staff who has a smiling face when the customer come I will not even give 1 star also

Honestly I'm only leaving this review for the kind gentleman at the front counter with tattoos. He was very helpful and polite as it was my first time there so i didn't really know the place too well. Good conversation, and honesty he deserves a raise because he seemed to be the only one doing his job while the others were off task! Mind you he also had a long line with no help the others seemed to be stuck on their phone. Just wanted to thank this gentleman again for the great service.

Went thru the drive thru. The lady who took my order looked miserable! The wrote my order down on a paper. I asked for lettuce and spinach.. I asked for a lot of banana peppers when I reiterated that I want a lot. The workers said OK. What else?…:. I got home and my sandwich was made completely wrong! I swear they didn’t even cook the damn bacon! Never visiting this place again!

The older lady was rude she said she is not aloud to give extra veggies
The service here was terrible. I ordered bread and they gave me a tortilla instead. When I tried to explain, the lady was rude and didn’t care at all. The food was wrong and the customer service was even worse. Definitely not coming back

Rude old lady that hates her job and hates the world, needs to find a job that suites her better! As everyone else in the reviews have stated having issues with her, I also fall in the category where I experienced the same treatment from her. Ruined my experience with subway because of her. She called security on me 😂 as if I should be afraid , she would not issue me a refund for the food she did not serve me at the end. Closes lobby early for a reason. She’s gonna mess with the wrong person one day and get what she deserves!

Avoid this place at all costs. They need new management. The employees were rude, especially the older lady that I see other people have left reviews on. I know from personal experience they were not exaggerating. I’ve never been treated so poorly and with such disdain. I know customer service is a difficult job so I make it a point to be a respectful and kind customer. There is no reason to speak to another human this way. Disgusting just like the over priced food they refused to make correctly.

I ordered a sandwich and they didn't even have the cheese that it comes with on the menu. Lettuce looked hand cut and tomatoes looked terrible. Super disappointed to have spent almost $12 on a sandwich with half the ingredients that I wanted. Avoid this Subway if you can.
I placed an order at this location by accident and had to call them to cancel. They don’t answer their phone, they did once but I could hear them just place the phone on the side and after two more calls, calls cant go through as if they disconnected the phone. I was trying to cancel my order in time so they wouldn’t have to make it and I could possible get a refund but they have horrible service. The other location where I went even tried to help me out and tried calling them but no answer. They need to fire who ever works there or runs the place. It’s just lazy work.

I recently placed a mobile order at this Subway location]. My experience was profoundly disappointing, and I strongly advise others to avoid this franchise.
My order was meticulously customized through the mobile app. I specified ingredients, requested toasting, and asked for the sandwich to be cut in half. What I received was a basic, cold sandwich (literally felt coming out of a fridge) with none of my customizations applied. It was as if my detailed order was completely ignored.
The drive-thru experience compounded the issue. Upon arriving, I encountered a significant communication barrier, as the sole employee present appeared to be non-English speaking. While I was able to communicate in Spanish, this should not be a prerequisite for receiving a correct order.
This location demonstrated a complete disregard for customer instructions and a lack of attention to detail. This, combined with the communication challenges, made for a frustrating experience. A quick online search reveals numerous similar complaints regarding poor customer service and order inaccuracies at this specific franchise.
Based on my experience and the consistent negative feedback, I will not be returning to this Subway location. I strongly recommend that others seek out a different Subway branch to avoid similar issues.

I went to this subway with a friend from work for lunch. I didn't know they were very expensive now. I ordered the outlaw sub and my friend ordered a turkey sub both were footlongs. Only had chips and drink for the outlaw sub. My friend didn't want chips and drink. I wanted toasted and they didn't even toasted it for me. My sub barely had meat in it. And very few of the vegetables in it. One of the ladies charged me over $30 Dollars. I think she was the manager there. What a disappointment. I would never ever go back to this subway again and I don't recommend it to anyone.

The food tastes ugly and a lady with white glasses was speaking ill of me and was getting angry with her colleagues. I asked her what meats they had and she told me that I already told you and she said a lot of bad words to me. Leather know if I dyed in a phone number.
