The two ladies that was there between the of hours 5pm-6 on 4/20/24 was standoffish and rude we were told the restroom was of service but it was locked and there on no sign on the door stating that. The attitude that was given was not respectful I will not return to this location. Very Very Rude. O on the scale from of 1-10

Ordered online, sandwich was wrong, the woman was very rude and hateful when I asked a question about my order plus she refused to give me my bottle of coke that I paid for. She told me to leave and never come back.

The older lady that has been working there for years, is extremely disrespectful and just plain rude to her own workers she treats them like shit in front of customers. Will be calling corporate as this is not fair to the workers that are only there to help and learn.

The older woman has a bad attitude on 2 occasions. Today she warm a sandwich and didn’t want it warm and she wouldn’t re fix it.. so now it’s a problem
72 year old cashier had a terrible attitude she argued with the customer. I guess she was angry because she was working and they were out of everything. They only had white and wheat breads, only had pepper jack and provolone cheeses. No roast beef. Very bad experience. It was Sunday she asked had we been to church then said we needed to pray for ourselves because we were disbelief of the stores services and selection.

I ordered my sandwich online using the app.( status said “ready” 10 minutes prior to my arrival.)when I arrived the lobby was closed, forcing me to use the drive-through. The car in front of me took 15 minutes to order causing me to wait a total of 25 minutes for a sandwich that should be ready when I arrive!! Isn’t that why people order ahead?!? My question is why is the lobby closed 2 hours before y’all close?!?
