Very bad service, the two women who served me seemed like they didn't want to work, they had a bad face and bad manners, I prepare the bread however I want, I didn't make cheese and half the bread was empty, I never come to buy here again, I only give them It was necessary to tell me to leave.

@ Subway what’s the big idea hiring Spanish only speaking worker in America?? Either she didn’t want my business or she really could not Speak or Understand English! Therefore I left empty handed. I’m sorry but her clothes were Dirty too! I wasn’t mad leaving empty handed. Just ? You get No star for that!

Bread, white only, very hard, dry! Very little condiments on sandwiches. Only two people working.Only one could speak a little English other was being trained and no English. Basically only one person making sandwiches. Line was built up behind me. Only six sandwich loaves in holder all white. Asked what they will do once the sandwich bread was gone. She said close. Worst sandwich we have ever had at your location.

Customer service at this location was horrible. I had made an online order prior to getting there. I walk in and say hey I have an online order. The lady looks at me and continue to say in Spanish to the other lady who was making my sandwich at the time. I sat there waiting and I see the ladies sitting in a chair chatting so I ask them is my order ready and she says something in Spanish and went to service 2 other customers. One of the customers asked have I ordered yet and I say yes through the app and so goes to lady and say you have a customer whos paid and waiting. There was a language barrier up until I asked corporate. They called there who informed that i need to cancel the order which was marked in progress so I couldn’t. So I was getting upset so I left to call Apple and dispute but I went back in the store and magically there was my entire which she was making when prior to me walking in!!

Came here at 8:50 pm on 2/24/24 and was denied service. The employee told me they were closed. They close at 9 pm. SMH

They serve so badly. A man attended to us and he was so annoying, he spoke so badly to us. And he didn't do what we asked for bread. Bad experience. I do not recommend it
They need to get another oven to warm the bread because my bread was cold just the second time I've been there and this is happening
They said my DoorDash order wasn’t there so I had to repay and reorder my sandwich. When I reordered it they did not put what I asked. I ordered a tuna sandwich and all they put was lettuce and mayonnaise.

I ordered on the subway app and I put that I wanted the order at 6 pm but their app malfunctioned and said it will be ready at 3:15pm instead when I specifically put for 6pm . I called the restaurant right away and they rejected or ignored the calls . They had sufficient time to fix their apps mistake . However they answered 30 mins later and they told me they had already made them and admitted to ignoring the calls. When knowingly they are supposed to answer and ask the person to hold on. They said they called their boss and he basically said oh well for them .
