They said my DoorDash order wasn’t there so I had to repay and reorder my sandwich. When I reordered it they did not put what I asked. I ordered a tuna sandwich and all they put was lettuce and mayonnaise.

I ordered on the subway app and I put that I wanted the order at 6 pm but their app malfunctioned and said it will be ready at 3:15pm instead when I specifically put for 6pm . I called the restaurant right away and they rejected or ignored the calls . They had sufficient time to fix their apps mistake . However they answered 30 mins later and they told me they had already made them and admitted to ignoring the calls. When knowingly they are supposed to answer and ask the person to hold on. They said they called their boss and he basically said oh well for them .

First time at this location, will be my last, that did not have the choices of bread, they only had white and wheat. The server was rude and I wasn’t pleased with how they made the sandwich. Very disappointed

They must have mad some really big changes !! I read the reviews and was nervous stopping here but I’m glad I did !! I think it took more time taking pics for the review than it did for the lady to make my wrap!! I was in and out during the lunch rush within 5 minutes !! No problems at all, lady was fast and helpful and store was really clean !! I’ll definitely be back !!
