The service is bad and the guys and at the time didn't know what they was doing and how to fix people sandwiches how they want it they just gave you whatever and fixed and wrote them in the bag and that was it then love it

BE CAREFUL! They are here over charging people’s cards. One of the workers who doesn’t speak English (I know because all the other workers were speaking for her), tried to charge my card double than what I was supposed to be paying. Thankfully my bank wouldn’t let my card go through because they detected fraud. She tried to charge me $20 for 1 sandwich with nothing else. I went to another subway and was charged the correct amount $10. BE CAREFUL! Even the manager seen the price and still tried to charge us that $20.

This location is not overly friendly. I am not sure if it is because of the language barrier or not knowing the menu very well, but it is challenging working with this staff. Not sure who the man is who works the register, but he's constantly rushing ppl at the register, when if he just took the time to be personable...the line would move smoothly. The location of this Subway is not very desirable. Food was just like any other Subway.Parking: Due to the location, the parking lot is barren. I'm not sure how it is in the evening, but I would not want to be in the area at night. I often see homeless homeless in the area throughout the day.

The customer service at this Subway is TERRIBLE ! They close almost an hour early every single day, and during that hour they have already put away almost everything so they tell you that they are "out for the day". And to top it off, similar to the shake machine saga at every fast food restaurant, this location will tell you that the toaster is "down". So during the last hour (closes an hour early) you can't even order off the full menu, and you can't get your sandwich toasted. I have been in a couple of times and they are doing the good ole "cash only" trick and hustling the store for their own money. I never complain about restaurants or customer service at them, especially fast food. I get it, ppl hate Their jobs and don't want to be there, but don't take it out on my sandwich. The management in this store is terrible, because if they were leading by example in there... things would be a lot different.

I place an online order and they said they didn't receive it in the system I selected ASAP but they said 10:35 it was 10:20 they tried to make me wait 15 minutes for some SANDWICHES they can make. They saw the sandwiches I wanted and i didn't have time to wait so I told them to cancel it but they couldn't. So I had to wait 15 either way so I wanted for the 15 minutes for my god just for them to tell me they're outta the meat that I wanted. They showed no remorse and even a simple I'm sorry. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. Idiots

Service is ok, usually nice people, but they are always out of something. I'm not sure they even sell the meatball marinara, they've been out the last 3 times I was there.
First & foremost I literally live down the st so this would be the go to … but everytime I’ve come in here they never have any actual ingredients there employees are hella bleak ordering is a mission asking one simple question turns into a debate about what they can and can’t do even when your literally saying you want to substitute one meat for another & you’ll pay more … they still give you a hard time it’s a mission an annoying definitely need to do better veggies always look different colors honestly super disappointing

I usually go to the Subway on Veteran's but thought I would go to this one because it was the same distance as the other one but unfortunately the service is not the same. After arriving I was not acknowledged when walking through the door and after deciding what I wanted, I was not asked if I was ready to order, I had to assume the employee was ready for me to order, since I was never acknowledged. Both employees acted as if they did not want to help from start until finished, which made it somewhat of an uncomfortable visit for me. This is a shame because I really enjoyed the sandwich. I will most likely not be returning to this store.
