Went in to buy a sandwich and had a nice coversation with the young man who was making it. The reviewer below, Victoria Garcia, had no common sense to come to the window when no one was asking her her order through the intercom even though they clearly signaled her to come to the window to order. She came in with an attitude attacking the poor guy, as if it was his fault the equipment was not functioning. He respectfully tried explaining and she kept arguing, at one point saying, " you're just a little kid working at subway". Dont think trying to make someone feel bad about making money is right. Overall, the employess were respectful and will and would go back.

Came today 7:35pm . To drive thru not working no battery for head set was the reason . Argument with Aj male employee at this time when asked to put a sign up if it’s not functioning. I will never return this place . Aj didn’t have a name tag and refuse to give his real name . Aj was rude unprofessional. Continue to argue back and forth . He needs to get fired

Wait was very long and sandwich was okay. I had to ask the lady to change her gloves and restart my sandwich because in the middle of her adding my ingredients, she uses the button on the drive thru headset and straight back to touching my food, had I not stopped her she would’ve kept going.

I went in to this location around 8:40pm, there was 2 people at the front I asked one of their names which was “Jose” at least that’s the name he gave me, which I don’t think is true because he had a nasty attitude it looks like they were ready to go and In a rush and there was a young lady with curly hair and a star on her forehead the first incident was that I asked her for 2 Italian herb and cheese subways and the young lady answered me with an attitude and said we don’t have that then I proceeded to ask her what they had young lady told me only white bread went ahead and got that, she gave us 2 footlongs at that point I wasn’t able to see them since something was covering them, I realized that until they started adding the vegetables I felt bad to tell them since they would have to make them again and already had a nasty attitude, I just left it alone and then the guy “Jose” proceeded to add vegetables to the wrong sandwich and in no moment did he verified the sandwich he just stared adding the vegetables he asked me so I assumed he was making my sandwich but turns out he added all the vegetables to my Husbands sandwich, we realized when we got home went back and had to go thru Drive- Thru & asked if they could please make them again, they told us straight up “NO” I asked is there a reason you can’t do it? He just kept saying that that was our mistake which makes no sense at all at that point I just asked him if I could get my money back he once again said “NO” with an attitude because as per employee that was our mistake asked him if I could speak with a manager he just said she’s not here asked him if I could get corporate number he said he didn’t have that and closed the window in our face and stared laughing … TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is the second time I've pulled in to a Subway, the open sign is on, their site says they're open four another 1/2 to one hour, and the doors are locked! I give up. No more.

The worst subway store i visited today
the staff who was wearing a glasses a young girl
I asked her to put crunch in my subway she is like no my manager has said no i informed all other store offer y urs not she is like my manager said no i asked if i order online what would u do then she had no answer. later on at the time of checkout i scanned my barcode and asked her to redeem my points she was busy in gossiping and didn't redeem it and said sorry i was not knowing. Worst experience never gonna visit again
