So I pulled up to Subway at 8:53. It was me and 2 other groups of customers. The lady refused to open the door and serve us. She was just staring at us and then when I pulled my phone out to take a picture of her refusal of service to us she hid. When I got in my car and was preparing to leave she tried to come to the front but saw that I was still here and she went back to the back. That was 8:58. I will be calling corporate. This is Subway on W. 18th street Houston, TX. She had to have closed the store 15 minutes before it was time to close. Just watching people come and leave. I have several pictures.

I have to leave a review. I was hesitant at first but the people who work here are very thorough, they make sure you get it the way you want. And the subway is clean with the food looking fresh! I want to give a personal shoutout to Sugar, Teandra (I think) and the other guy and woman working there. I enjoyed their service and I feel like they should get recognition.

Excellent service very good food, still great service
This is the worst subway I’ve been to. I’ve tried over and over since it’s so close but it’s just so poorly run. I’ve tried coming in and ordering and online ordering and even when the online tracker says it’s ready they haven’t even started. If you just come in expect to wait at least 15 minutes. Do yourself a favor and just drive to a different one even if it’s further away. You’ll save yourself time

So today I was fired for speaking my mind to Charles Wright The District Manager also he Is Trash As hell he never wants to help the employee's or do anything at this store I have numerous of text messages where I am asking for help and no response or like always he's not available also this location has a lot problems 1 starting out is the walk-in cooler is at 85% and that's where we store all our product such veggies and meats also sauces and he still insist on serving hot food to the customer the ice machine has dirt inside the machine and also is always leaking and spilling out on the floor for customers to slip this location is always getting robbed and broken into but still insist on having 1 opener and 1 closer due to labor being high is there excuse this is a very unsafe work environment for the employees also I would not eat here or recommend it to anybody he also does talk sexual about all his managers.
