I recently went into the Subway shop on 16427 W. Little York, Suite E1, Houston TX 77084 and only wanted to purchase some cookies, a drink, and water. First thing, they did not have water or cups for the drinks. They only had the bottle drinks, but no water bottles. Second thing, I only wanted to purchase 2 chocolate chip cookies and the attendant was making some to go orders and rudely told me to wait because he had to finish the to go orders. Whoever is the manager please inform your staff that in-person orders should take prescendence over any pickup orders. I told him that I will just leave and let him take care of his to go orders. That was despicable and I will not recommend this particular Subway to my friends and family in my community. We have a Subway on every corner in my neighborhood and I don't know have to patronize this one on West Little York. Lastly, my son with Autism was so disappointed 😔 that we had to go somewhere else to get his cookies.

I’m sure it’s a language issue but cashier would not sale me a meal because it wasn’t the meal of the day. I guess there are daily specials on meals. But I didn’t want a BLT and I still couldn’t get a turkey sandwich meal. If they stopped doing that then I understand but to my knowledge you can make any sandwich a meal just maybe not get the special deal idk. Please correct me if I am wrong

I had the best experience at Subway today, thanks to Frank! He was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive while making my sandwich. Not only did he ensure every ingredient was fresh and perfectly placed, but he also went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it.
