The restaurant was nearly empty, with only one other group dining. We specifically requested to be seated in an isolated area because someone in our party has hyperacusis (extreme sensitivity to loud noises). Despite this, we were seated in a less-than-ideal spot. My partner ordered a cocktail, which we had to request twice, and it still took over 10 minutes to arrive. The server appeared disengaged, as if they were having a bad day or didn't want to be there. The food took an unusually long time to come out, and when it finally did, one person's dish was missing. By the time the last plate arrived, two people in our party were already almost finished eating. The pork belly was mostly fat, and my Prime Teres Major & Frites was extremely disappointing since the fries were better than the steak. Overall, this was a total letdown. I go to the gym right across the street and now understand why this place is always empty.

The service was great as well as the cinnamon roll and the crab, spinach, and artichoke dip. Very generous portions of both. My eggs benedict wasn't like any I've had before, which could've been why I didn't enjoy it. It didn't have a familiar taste to me. My husbands eggs al forno was good but my herbed potatoes as well as my husband's were not warm. They weren't very flavorful either

Our waiter was a very nice person but think he was so busy that he was unable to take care of us. I ordered a glass of wine and the waiter forgot about that. Then my friend told another waiter about the wine I ordered. The wine finally showed up after 30 minutes. By then I finished my dinner. So I thanked the waiter and told him I don't want it anymore. Very nice ambience but the service was terrible. I don't blame the waiter. I think the restaurant does not have enough staff to serve the guests during this busy holiday time.

I hosted my birthday brunch at Succulent Fine Dining and I must say the service and the food were fantastic. Priscilla was our waitress and she was top notch. She was so kind and went above and beyond with taking care of us. The food was delicious and came out quickly and the ambience was exceptional. I had a rather larger party but they made the experience from booking modifications to serving seamless! I highly recommend booking your event here!

Absolutely beautiful interior! The food and service were excellent. I highly recommend the Shrimp Louie. The deviled eggs were also delicious. And we had great help picking the perfect wine for our lunch.

Great experience overall! We sat on the patio and enjoyed the open air. The service was very good. The appetizers, entrees, and desserts were great! The prices for wine were pretty reasonable compared to other restaurants in the area... Will go back!

Our group was all over 70 with mobility and safety concerns. We were told that the center management(Regent Square) would not allow valet parking. The lack of easy parking is a deal killer and that's a crying shame.
