This place is an absolute disaster. The incompetence of the staff is mind-blowing. Not only are they incapable of typing a simple message card without errors, but they also can't even get the order right. The manager is just as clueless, managing to mess up the address for a delivery multiple times. And to top it off, she has the audacity to blame the customer for her own mistakes. When I tried to address these issues with the owner, Anna, she couldn't care less, too busy stuffing her face and ignoring the chaos around her. Sure, they offered a refund and a redelivery, but the whole experience was so horrendous that I wouldn't trust them with a free item, let alone my order. And let's not forget the manager's bizarre behavior, offering to send me a picture from her personal number only to demand that I delete it moments later. Talk about delusional. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. It's a complete disaster.

Had a code for a little bundlet and decided to redeem. The service was fast and polite, the cashier who attended me was also very considerate. The overall service during the 4 years I have been a customer have been consistently well. The cakes are good and the service is great.

I would give yall overall 5 stars BUT I was disappointed to learn the red velvet cake has chocolate chips in it. Yall should take them out or make another red velvet option without them. I was really craving red velvet 🥲 But I did get the key lime and it was busting/delicious/delectable/yum 🥴

I came into your Westheimer location on my son’s birthday May 26 just to get something quick because we are celebrating his birthday on Saturday May 31st with family. The lady at register named Kimberly customer service was horrible. I asked about prices in which it seemed to a bit a bit attitude but I’ve been coming to this business for over 5 years for business celebrations, birthdays, Mother’s Day and I tried this location for the first time and it was very much disrespectful. I asked do you no longer tape the bag with the logo sticker? Because that’s MARKETING ??? People post and tag you guys and she said well your bag is too full so I’m not doing that!!! I will never come to this location. Again!!!! So thankful for the location on Memorial and dairy ashford because the execute with professionalism! Kimberly does not represent your brand!
