The food at this restaurant is generally good and has a nice Arabic touch. However, the shawarma was not filling and didn’t really taste like authentic Arabic shawarma. Other dishes were tasty but could be improved.
As for the staff, the service was not great. It wasn’t clear how to place an order, and one of the staff members seemed upset for some reason, which affected the overall experience.
Hopefully, they can improve the service and make the ordering process clearer for customers.

I came into Houston on business and hotel was next to Galleria. Decided to try something not native where I live. Decided on Sult and Pepper. The Lemon pepper chicken which made it tough then I’m supposed to cut it with the cheap plastic fork they give you. The spinach greens and pasta bowtie pasta was average at best. I thought at least 1 item I’d like on the plate, but was dissapointed. I ended up throwing most of it away.

The sultan platter is a steal, I got a combo of chicken & lamb served over rice, lettuce & salsa for $11. The serving is generous especially considering the price. They had some tempting salads on display too, maybe next time. So glad I picked this over the chipotle next to it!

I stopped in for a quick lunch today and I was originally thinking of going to Chipotle next door but they had a special going on where you could get chicken shawarma, gyro meat or falafel and rice with veggies for $9. I'm glad I made that stop.
I ended up getting the chicken shawarma plate and it was a great lunch portion. It was so delicious as well, the chicken was also flavorful, the rice nice and fluffy and the sauce complimented the whole plate nicely. I also got a chicken kofta kebab and it was very juicy and seasoned to perfection.
I really do wish that the plate came with a drink, that would be my only request but other than that I'd come here again, no hesitation whatsoever.

When you cook the chicken, tell them to cook it all the way not half way and you touch it by your gand than you set it aside then when some one ask for chicken kebab you put the skewer and recook it it will be dry,I do not know who taught this method need to learn the correct way and be hygienic little bit asking you for garlic it is mayonnaise, salad dry they do not mixed the sauce so they can reised it the second day,ashamed on you guys I got food borne illness from your food.we were 5 persons spending $ 100 it was not worth it bad food and service.

I came here a few times, but this time, it was literally the worst. I always eat middle eastern and Mediterranean food all the time, but they make it worst for you. I ask for sauce, you guys get mad or say no. The sauce isn't even the traditional garlic sauce. It's literally mayonnaise. Some old man is cooking the chicken kabob and meat halfway and then reheating it, touching it without washing your hands. Have you ever learned of food safety and salmonella? The tabouli tastes like GRASS, no lemon, tastes oily and dry. Your calling people dumb and idiots when you guys don't even know how to cook middle eastern food. I payed about 98 dollars for my family to eat for your trashy service and disgusting food that you burn and reheat without washing your hands. The health inspection needs to be called on you guys. I got sick last time I ate your chicken kabobs and decided to give you guys another try, but it was a huge bad idea. You guys just lost a customer, for being rude and unhygienic. For the girls that keep rolling their eyes just because I asked for extra sauce, don't be annoyed because if you are, just quit the job if you don't like it. Also, you guys put small ass portions, not even a normal quantity. Quality and quantity is shitty for you guys I guess..
Fresh and appealing variety of menu items with good flavor. It was slightly disappointing the falafel was "sold out" even though we arrived just after opening. Kabobs, hummus and garlic sauce (side) are well worth considering.

Every time I come here lately they are very disorganized and the service is not like it used to be. They are very rude to their customers. They have it posted a combo with fries or the other combo with salad. I guess they no longer serve fries but instead of telling customers they say you can get a salad instead and then charge you extra for the soda on the side. I tried to explain that if your front worker is saying you can get a salad instead I think it’s reasonable to assume that you’re substituting the fries with the salad. If they would have said from the beginning that because we don’t have fries we don’t offer combo 1 anymore and the soda would be separate, I then can make the decision if I want to continue or not. They have done something to this to a co-worker of mine and the people in front of me even brought up last time they were there they were uncharged $3 and they didn’t want to do that again. The food is amazing but they are coming off shady and very rude lately.

Friendly staff and great food. Very clean. To the guy that complained about the smell of a table being cleaned in front of him (it was fabuloso) would you rather eat at a dirty restaurant? The smell wasn’t too strong. Place is amazing!
