I’ve eaten here about half a dozen times and had great experiences nearly universally except for the time we had a 20 minute wait on my colleague’s sandwich and dozens of people walked past us as we waited.. though it was a very busy day with a long line.
All that to say, the food is delicious, lots of healthy options, the line gets long because it is indeed good! My trick is to use online ordering, though I do wish they had a pickup window so it didn’t look like I was cutting in line to pickup my mobile order. They use Clover for online pickup, easiest to just download the app.

The food is fresh, rich in flavor, and healthy! THE BEST shawarma I've tried in a while. The restaurant is located in a great, easy to reach location. Elegant decor and plenty of seating space. Service is very quick and the staff are friendly.

I love the food here but every time I come here I end up being served something other than what I want. They just don't listen to what I'm asking for. I didn't want rice, no big deal, did they ask me what I wanted to substitute? No they just gave me some lettuce. Terrible meal.

If y'all are ever in Houston on the west side and you want to eat some REALLY good food, go to the food court at Memorial City Mall and stop by the Sultan Pepper. They serve some of the best and most authentic Mediterranean food I've ever tasted...EVER. The lamb shank was fall-off-the-bone tender, and really flavorful. Fresh and delicious.
