The coffee is good. But, not sure if they are messing with the moon milk mix. Seems a little less moon milky. Glad, we have a summer moon in Katy. Keep coming in!!

Great spot! The workers are always super friendly, and the coffee is excellent; smooth, flavorful, and consistently well-made. It’s also just a nice place to relax and hang out, whether you’re working or catching up with a friend.
One small suggestion: it would be great if they offered caramel as a flavor option. I noticed several people (including myself) asked for it, so it seems to be in demand. Still, that’s a minor thing, but certainly listen to the customers! Definitely recommend!

UPDATE: The manager from this location called me on the same day to speak to me about my experience. She was very kind and apologetic. I was offered a complimentary replacement for my next visit. The Blue Moon was perfect! I really do appreciate businesses that go above and beyond with customer service to “make things right” when mishaps happen. Thank you to Summer Moon for your prompt attention to the issue. I look forward to visiting again soon. :)
I wanted to share my disappointment with the coffee I ordered this morning 7/1/25. I ordered a Blue Moon this morning on my way to work and was completely disgusted when I tried it. The coffee tasted old. The lavender taste that I look forward to in the Blue Moon was missing. The drink even developed a “milk skin” by the time I looked at it when I got to work. I am attaching a picture below so you understand my concern. I typically love Summer Moon and visit the Richmond location. This was my first experience at the Katy location, and I am disappointed, to say the least. I trust that this matter will be resolved quickly and appropriately, and I look forward to choosing your location as my preferred location near my workplace in the future.

Love the coffee and pastry . I have Been coming here for a few years now, but I have noticed lately that some of the staff is very unfriendly and unwelcoming . I was there this morning. I greeted the girl at the counter she looked me over didn’t even say anything, and I said to her again good morning for to even acknowledge me . The feeling that I got was like what do you want? I don’t have all day. . I think when you work at the counter you should automatically know how to greet customers. Overall, good coffee, but horrible customer service

Fabian went above and beyond. He made a fantastic iced lavender oat milk latte & was so kind! Come right time of day, and you can find seating. Wonderful outdoor patio as well for the Summer months!

My wife and I decided to stop by to check some quick coffee and we stumbled upon this place. She ordered an Iced Blueberry Crisp Latte Full Moon and I ordered an Iced Apple crisp. My first drink wasn’t sweet enough and they happily mad e me a New drink. Overall wonderful Experience and great coffee and Drinks. I would definitely recommend this place and come here again !!!

I'm not a coffee shop person, but I really enjoy this one because it was quiet and it had a coziness and the coffee was delicious. And also the pastries were to die for per. I don't want to say the staff wasn't unfriendly, but they all seemed so bored. And that's always an off put, but it's some place.I would go again.

I love Summer Moon Coffee—their drinks are amazing when done right. But the inconsistency of their sweetness ratios has been disappointing, so I don’t go as often as I used to. I hope they can be more consistent because they really do have some unique drinks.
