Another good place to get boba. Drinks are pretty good, though a little on the sweet side even at 25%. It's also nice to be able to order via a screen.

I USED to really like this place, its always been my favorite boba for over a year, I always come here when I crave for boba. But today, I came at 10:52pm, they close at 11:00pm, they’re already started cleaning, had trashcan at door and lock on door. I found it unusual because this never happened, and I started knocking on door, none of the employee gave me any sort of attention, they all ignored me, they never looked up to me. I would be totally understanding if one of them came up and told me that they are closed, but no one gave me an explanation, none of them did. I came at 10:52, stood there for minutes, knocked a few times, eventually gave up and leave. I came at the time still in open hours, but the store REFUSED to serve. I have timestamp on the picture I took when I was disappointed enough to leave, management, check the cameras for June 23rd, 2024. I expect a solid explanation.

Great drinks!… horrendous customer service. Is it too much to expect the employee who takes my order to at least greet me and acknowledge my presence?… instead of just staring at me like a soulless corpse waiting for me to order..

I don’t blame these workers, it’s ultimately the managers responsibility to train and set culture.

Sunright Tea Studio and R&B are my top boba spots whenever I hit Chinatown area with my friends. If you are a tea and cheese person then this place fits all the expectations. Sunright tea is very strong and fragrant. Cheesefoam is extremely yummy , a great combination to all the tea i would say.
I always get jasmine greentea+ cheesefoam with brown sugar boba + jasmine tea jelly.
I always walk out HAPPY 10/10 experience every time.

I saw someone who seems to be the manager yelled at employees for no reason, they were just doing their work and from my point of view they did nothing wrong, but she yelled at them anyways, and slammed boxes down disrespectfully. theres no reason why work environment should be that bad
