Unfortunately, the host at Superica wasn't warm and friendly. He cancelled my reservations that I made through OpenTable. Thankfully, the GM was able to update it. The tuna tostada, the queso and ginger margarita that I ordered was good. The person that served me was super friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I don't recall his name but thank you so much for providing me exceptional service:)

First time and pleasantly surprised how from appetizers to margaritas to fajitas to desserts were just all amazing!

Delicious food and knowledgeable staff. I especially enjoyed their salsas and hot sauces! They re-vamped their menu and the increased intention and care shows. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Superica is one of our favorite date night spots. You can go casual or dress up. Service is always great. The food is delicious and consistent and margaritas are great.

Really enjoyed first visit to Superica. Great food and excellent service. Server made a minor error in order and was very apologetic and quick to correct. Manager also came by to check in. Incredibly considerate response. Looking forward to next visit.

Although this restaurant is aesthetically appealing and has a good atmosphere, the food was okay. We ordered the “Parilla Deluxe” and our server said that it is cooked to medium rare. When it came to us it was well over well done and I couldn't even finish the fajita because of the burnt taste. It was more than just burnt, you could tell from the taste that they probably didn't clean the grill good enough and had some old oil. I don't know what it was, but it was not good. For the price, I'd expect that it would be good but honestly it was a miss. It's cute though & I'm still curious to try the other options like enchiladas. They also have matchboxes which is always a nice touch!

We came in on a Sunday brunch. Lets start with the pros: sat quickly, $6 dollar michiladas, delicious pancakes, tasty salsa and a great atmosphere with a really nice playlist, not the kind I was expecting for a tex-mex place.

Cons: Service was ok, they were definitely busy but we went long times in between drinks and visits. We had the chilaquiles divorciados, the chorizo breakfast plate, and a pancake. Our breakfast plates had flavor however I wish I had more potato's and chorizo in my breakfast plate, it came with very little of each, the beans saved the day. Same for the chilaquiles, while the salsa was good, there was not enough of it and the chilaquiles themselves were dry.

Would be willing to try again during a slower time of the day and week simply for the $6 michelada.

We came here for the first time and had a mostly great experience with a few hiccups.

The flautas were hands-down our favorite thing, super crispy, packed with flavor, and the sour cream on the side was light and refreshing. Total flavor explosion.

Our server accidentally brought us chicken nachos instead of the quesadilla we ordered. Honestly, no big deal—he was super nice, took them off the check right away, and we didn’t mind trying something new since we were planning to explore the menu anyway. That said, the nachos were pretty underwhelming. The chicken came in giant chunks and had an intense smoky flavor that felt really out of place on a nacho.

We got the chicken quesadilla, and that was much better! Super cheesy, the same smoky chicken but this time shredded and more balanced, more of a BBQ quesadilla vibe, but still really tasty.

We also really enjoyed the Tommy’s margaritas, they were flavorful, and strong. Although a little smaller than expected. Since we were heading home to watch a movie, we asked about to-go margaritas. The server said they had them, which got us excited… but that part was a letdown. It took 15+ minutes after we paid, and when they finally arrived, they were 1/3 filled plastic cups with no ice. Felt a little odd and honestly unnecessary. I put my own ice from my water cup in there. Not sure why they were offered if they weren’t really set up for it, very disappointing.

Overall, great food (especially the flautas and quesadilla), kind service, but a few confusing moments.

We normally come for brunch. The pancakes here are so dang good. We also enjoy sides of eggs and the smoked chicken to make our pancake indulgence a bit healthier. Always check the daily aguas frescas- the flavors are tasty and change each time.

Dude. The food here is killer!! It's Tex-Mex with a heavy bias on the Tex side lol. It's like barbecue in a tortilla.

Service can be kinda lacking sometimes. Especially around dinner time. The wait staff is super busy and not always attentive.

First time at this place. Overall excellent experience with a great waitress. There was plenty of room with tables not too crowded and roomy booths. Music was a little loud and made it hard to hear conversations. The magaritas are strong but had good flavor. We tried the queso fundido with chorizo and it had tiny carrots in it which was unique. Both of us tried the beef fajitas with the trimmings. It was a solid choice with quality meat. All the items were made in house from the lime squeezed for the drinks to the tortillas. They had green and red sauces (not too spicy) served in little mason jars with thin and crispy chips so you could pour salsa into little bowls a cute touch. Valet parking only for the price of a tip. I would recommend a reservation at dinner.

On this particular evening, the place seemed a tad dirty and unkept! We are regulars but food was on the floor and our booth had crumbs on the seat from previous diners. Service was SLOW! We will probably remove it from our early Friday dinner rotation!

Honestly, saying this is the best Mexican food I’ve ever eaten in my life would be an understatement.

I’ve had a lot of Mexican food in my time, from humble taquerias tucked into gas stations, to high-end, chef-curated menus in major cities and somehow, Superica managed to completely reset the bar for what I thought was possible from this cuisine.

The flavors are bold but balanced, fresh yet nostalgic. Every bite felt intentional. The salsa? Addictive. The tortillas? Clearly the best, with that perfect chew and just the right char. And the main dish.

You could taste the pride and attention to detail in every element. They’re not just feeding you, they’re giving you a whole new perspective on food.
