Sushi by Hidden is a unique restaurant in that it is not very noticeable from the street. Once inside you think you are entering an art gallery. It is by reservation only and you are seated at a long counter on a high stool which is quite comfortable once I got up on it. Each seating is limited to 12 people and the sushi is prepared right in front of you and passed out as it’s finished. You get a variety of different types. The service was excellent. I don’t usually eat sushi often because I’m a little picky and honestly a bit nervous about it. But this spot was amazing — the whole experience was awesome! I even tried various sashimi, which I normally never order, and I went all in… and survived, man! 😅 Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Definitely a great place for both sushi lovers and people like me who are a little hesitant but want to try.
We took our daughter here to celebrate her 13th birthday, she is a special needs child that is obsessed with sushi. This was her first Omakase experience. Kevin and the entire team at Hidden were as sweet as they could be and made her birthday extra special. She was so excited during and after our meal. We enjoyed everything, the sushi was very good.
