Steer clear of this place. I should’ve skipped out on mall sushi but this place was a new experience I thought would be worth having. The sushi was horrible. You could tell it’d been out for a while and was super low quality. We grabbed 3 plates total. Two were 8.50 a plate and one 6.50 annd might mention these aren’t even full rolls Only one of which was ate because it was disgusting. He ordered Sake and she brought him a beer and immediately walked off. Despite the experience and lack of service it was still $40 for half rolls of extremely low quality and old sushi, and a beer he didn’t order.

Pathetic service! Rude waiters and manager. I have never had such an experience. I was speaking to the waitress who probably didn’t speak English so without informing me passed me onto her manager who in turn spoke to me rudely. I didnt know she was speaking to me coz she was still looking at the till and when I asked if she was she started screaming and her manager jumped in and started screaming as well.

Worst sushi spot i've ever been too.The food tasted old. The service was very bad and disappointing. Had a friend join me and they didn't offer him a drink or even payed mind towards him.

Would not recommend dining here. Staff is VERY slow and do not understand what you are asking. Not the mention the illegal 15% service fee the impose on EVERYONE who dines here. Food was subpar and that’s being generous. They have increased all their prices ALOT in the last year. Go elsewhere. Chapter 604a of Business &Commerce makes this ILLEGAL in the state of Texas. Customers BE AWARE OF THIS BUSINESS

A very entertaining option to eat if you have little time. The food will not disappoint you, although do not expect a different seasoning than what you usually find in the market. The reasonable price is $20 per person with everything and drinks. The shopping plaza is spacious to spend a couple of hours very entertaining. Free and ample parking and also underground.

Came here thinking it would be like Kura Sushi (also a conveyer belt sushi place), but I was very wrong. Definitely overpriced (everything is around $3-8 more than other places) and tasted bland all around. Wasabi wasn’t even spicy 😭 like how???

Edit: THEY ADDED THEIR OWN 15% SERVICE CHARGE FOR A GROUP OF 3 😭😭😭 HuUUUUUUHHH???

Terrible. Spicy Tuna hand roll tasted like tuna out of can. Gave me huge diarrhea and stomach cramps. Will not go back.

Very cool idea and my kids love the concept. Sushi on the conveyor belt is pretty boring and not very good. We ordered some sashimi which was so so. Miso soup was the best thing we tried.

It is a place that catches your attention, since you are in the mall and what you want is a quick option to eat, you sit down and serve yourself what you want from the band, they manage the cost according to the color gray $6.50 and red $8.50 They also have an a la carte menu.
The service is very good, they are always attentive, but the food is not good, it is more rice than protein. And for my taste without flavor and very small portions

Tables overlooking ice rink is a plus. Good service overall. Still, pickled ginger had weird taste, and sushi was of questionable quality. It’s inside the shopping mall, so the high price is understandable, but the quality seriously needs improvement.

Okay service, terrible sushi. The very basic of sushi, the rice, tastes like it was undercooked - hard, dry and clumpy. Everything on the belt is poorly presented and doesn’t look appetizing at all. These are the types of rolls you can get from Heb at a cheaper price. I had always been curious to try out this place every time I shopped at The Galleria but I regretted pulling the trigger.

The food was disgusting, we saw the server and the chef picking up food from the floor and serving it to us . They were gossiping and we assumed they spits in our food . We got up and left and they were laughing at us . DO NOT GO TO THIS DIRTY PLACE NEVER !

I recently visited this restaurant and was very disappointed with my experience. The service was poor, with long waits and inattentive staff. The food was also subpar, lacking flavor and presentation. To make matters worse, they mixed up the bill at the end. I would not recommend dining here.
Although, we asked for separate recipes and the other person paid cash, to add the tip atomaicly they gave me with the total of two people!!!!!!

Seriously overpriced food. The massive rice bed under the sushi is dry and tasteless. The dishes on the running belt look pretty unappealing particularly the soggy fried dishes.
