Cute little coffee and bakery shop. Both my drink and croissant were delicious. The place is very small but it has some seating inside and outside.

Some great macarons, however the practice of their employees of not informing the customer that they charge you even for the small cardboard box and the bow is misleading. Usually you pay and don't even ask, but this last time I visited SWEET, I noticed it. This is not OK. I paid almost $50 for a dozen macarons and 3 or 4 extras. I think the least the owner could do is pay for the boxes because they are very delicate and cannot be put in a plastic bag. I chose them over many other places in Houston and travel 30 minutes away, but I don't think it's worth it to keep going to their store.

Super hard and tough to chew boba balls and the weirdest color matcha latte ever. It taste like watery barely grass and I don't see any milk at all or taste anything creamy. It be so much nicer if a real boba place opens in CityCentre . Bread pudding I think is the other thing. Hopefully that'll be better ... bread pudding is better (2 stars?) didn't seem fresh and is really hard also. Better than the drink which I'd say is 1 star. I should have gone to Starbucks for a matcha latte there instead...I've had the regular milk tea here before that was better. Don't do the matcha latte. Not worth it.

I didn’t try any of the foods but such a pretty and cosy spot middle of city center! The milk tea was delicious, I wanna come back and try more!

Second time I have tried to place an order for my kids birthday cake and haven't been able to because they are not taking orders or they tell me someone will call me and no one does.Very disappointing because I actually do like this bakery. They don't seem to care about customer service anymore. Will definitely stay away now.

30 people waiting in line on a Saturday and one poor boy working by himself to service everyone. Owners have been seen talking down to staff and charging a fee for servicing you during Covid. Instead of being grateful these people are so disgusting. Sweets are great but how can anyone enjoy them knowing the employees are treated like this.

Let's be honest. Their pastries are dry. However, what's even worse is their owner, Ann. They messed up my order and swore up and down to fix it. Yes, I have photos to prove it. I spoke with the manager, Victoria, over the phone initially. She didnt have the product in the store to fix my order so promised to replace it or offer me store credit. I took the few items they had on hand to correct the problem but was missing the large majority od my order still. I was promised a call back and begged not to ask for a refund from the manager. I agreed to be flexible and go with that option, and the manager, Victoria, promised to call me to discuss details and next steps. I never heard from her. I called several times (during various open business hours) only to get a recording each time that their voicemail is full. Super unprofessional. I went up again to see if I could reconnect. I was told that they didn't call me because they couldn't find my phone number (that was on the online order I made. It was also written down in front of me, and I watched the guy send the picture he took of it to her via text.). When i stopped by today, the young lady walked to the back and came up to tell me the owner said they aren't going to do anything at all to correct their mistakes and all the empty promises. I asked if she could have her (Ann, the owner) call me bc it was clear that she didn't have the full story. I couldn't imagine a business owner would allow something like this to even occur...much less not attempt to correct the problem once they learned about it She called and immediately began speaking to me rudely. She just went in without allowing me to even speak. I was genuinely shocked. I stated that I would like to give her some background as it sounded like she had been misinformed. She refused to hear me out and cut me off very aggressively before yelling at me never to come back and hanging up on me. There are cameras at the store, so clearly they need to be looked at/listened to. That's how you treat customers that you treated unfairly to begin with? The WORST WORST WORST customer service I've literally ever received. At the end of the day, it's just dry cupcakes and cracked up macaroons, so it's not that big of a deal. I will happily give my business to an establishment that has kind staff (and owners). However, it's important to share these types of encounters with the public so that it's brought to light. You can't be hateful and expect your business to flourish. Everything has a time limit. You reap what you sow. Karma, do young.

I had the same experience as John P. below. Do not order a cake from here. They said emails go to spam. I also pre-paid and never got a cake.

Great spot to get your freshly made desert. Have been here maybe 50x since we moved and have never been dissatisfied with the quality. However, the wait can be longer and it's pricy.

Today is Valentine's Day and you see customers waiting outside, yet you close 15 minutes before 9pm. Wow. Horrible.

Rushed to get here 30 minutes early before closing just for them to tell me they were closed and not serving. Even though they don’t close till 9PM. Bad service.

It’s a cute bake shop in a walkable area. The coffee is relatively good, but nothing exceptional. They have gluten free desserts including cupcakes, brownies, and macarons which are some of the better ones I’ve tried in Houston. The holiday themes are fun! I think timing matters so go earlier for the freshest selection of the other baked goods.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
