I have been there several times and I could say with confidence that the employee most of the time looking unhappy and unfriendly as if they forced to work.
Management needs to get the employee attitude straight if they want to stay in buisness as you are aware that we as customers have other options than your unfriendly staff.

Nice place. I wasn't sure what to buy but, I got the mixed baklava. Nice staff and pretty quick on service. Even wrapped it up and put it in a bag. The only problem I had was outside the ramp going into the parking lot was a bit steep. When leaving I went over the small dip and my tire exploded. Go as slow as you can if you have a car lower to the ground. Not blaming anyone. Just warning the public about that entrance area.

We always go to sweet factory when we visit Houston. Enjoy their backalava, cookies, cheese and omelete pies and other sweets. This visit customer service was horrible; for dine in they put turkish coffee in coffee cup! Had to ask them to serve in proper turkish coffee glasses. Also, I bought Backlava and cookies and they charged me $2 for basic empty gift box for backlava ( This is marketing for them it should be free or not worth more than $1). i spent over 30-50usd in purchases. Additionally, I had other people ahead of me in checkout and they were buying lot things and they ask for a sampler of round sweet item for their young kid they refused it. This visit they didn't even have lot of cake slices options. I hope sweet factory makes amends as Houston as lot of choices and competition. Also, the older blond lady needs customer service training she is rude and doesn't know how to talk and serve customers.
