Nice place. I wasn't sure what to buy but, I got the mixed baklava. Nice staff and pretty quick on service. Even wrapped it up and put it in a bag. The only problem I had was outside the ramp going into the parking lot was a bit steep. When leaving I went over the small dip and my tire exploded. Go as slow as you can if you have a car lower to the ground. Not blaming anyone. Just warning the public about that entrance area.
We always go to sweet factory when we visit Houston. Enjoy their backalava, cookies, cheese and omelete pies and other sweets. This visit customer service was horrible; for dine in they put turkish coffee in coffee cup! Had to ask them to serve in proper turkish coffee glasses. Also, I bought Backlava and cookies and they charged me $2 for basic empty gift box for backlava ( This is marketing for them it should be free or not worth more than $1). i spent over 30-50usd in purchases....
This place is awesome. Deserts are top notch, and very well presented. Upon entering, I was greeted immediately, and the customer service was outstanding. I have had almost everything in there, and have never had something I didn’t love. If you want authentic Mediterranean desert, this has to be your go to.
