The employee Kelly was super rude and made me not want to buy anything other than what I got. I got a slice of their rollo de mango topped with mango and the cake was super dry. If it wasn’t for the frosting and fruit it’s literally difficult to swallow. I will never be back nor recommend anyone to go here but only based on the horrible customer service I received from that Kelly lady. If she doesn’t like her job then she needs to quit or the owners need to keep her in the back out of customer view because I have read other reviews complaining about this rude lady. Don’t waste your money or time coming here honestly.

Purchased a cake that turned out to be spoiled. Went back so they can confirm for themselves and they did. They did not want to refund me but only exchange for the cakes there that were not freshly made. I do not want store credit. I want my money back.

Purchased a 10” cake for an office event. The first bite into the cake was spoiled. I called to request a refund and I was told they do not offer refunds but that they can exchange for another cake . I had to drive all the way back to the bakery which is far for us so that they could see for themselves that the cake was bad. They confirmed that the cake was bad but that no refund could be given to me. At the moment they didn’t have any fresh made cakes so I didn’t want to risk it and take another spoiled cake. I honestly just wanted my money back. $50 dollars for a 10” cake and no refund. I do not want the store credit.

The first two pictures are the reference pictures and the last two are what I picked up the day of the party. I mainly wanted it to come out more like the reference picture that has the number 27 on it. I like how nice and simple the design looked. I might just be overreacting but I am very disappointed with the outcome. When we first planned the design for the cake we talked about color, the lettering, what area of the cake we wanted writing on, where we wanted the color, very detailed which was a great sign for me. On pickup day it seemed like nobody could find exactly where is the cake I had come in to place the order over a week ago. After a couple of minutes out comes what seems like a poorly made and rushed-out piece of cake. Everything we had talked about was disregarded and the excuse I was given was the bakery ran out of fondant the day before finishing off the original design idea. A bakery running out of fondant?? So that was the best they could do for me at the last minute. I was disappointed. I’ve been coming to the place for years and had always had great treats and good service but today was 100% disappointing. I wish they would have communicated better to the customer that way I could have planned something else but no.

I have been going here for years now, my family and I are regular clients & we love their cakes. This week we went in twice. And both times we were “helped” by the same lady. The lady that is putting your toppings on your cake is extremely rude to customers. Her name is KELLY. When you ask her to put toppings on your cake she get annoyed like if she doesn’t want to do it and when she does she DEMANDS you to go to the register and wait over there. When she’s brings the cakes to the register there is bearly any mango and strawberry on the cakes. I kindley asked why was there bearly and fruit topping on my cakes she rudely responded that’s how they come. Again i kindley responded to her that they always put way much more fruit on the toppings of the cakes. She just ignored me and proceeded to assist another couple and she continued to be rude to them as well. If I could count the pieces of mango she put It was probably like 5. I’ve been here a dozens of times and I had never experienced anything like this. I hope the owners knows she’s scaring loyal customer away.

Cakes are good but prices are high, I wouldn't mind paying that much if the service was good. The ladies there have a bad attitude. I used drive from New Caney just for their cakes but it's not worth it anymore. Change that attitude.

La Rosca looks delicious but the girl in the pink blouse has terrible customer service, rude and it's not really the first time in her desserts. I don't have a bad experience but that girl's customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The owner should select her staff😳👀

I went in to order sugar free cake, I was received with an attitude from the lady behind the counter she wasn't even nice enough to explain how the cake was going to be, or if I wanted to add any toppings or personalization . She was pretty rude the entire time. I came to pick up my cake a day later since I still needed a cake and since I paid $50 I thought it was at least going to have fruit on top. It was a plain white small cake. I was really disappointed and felt overcharged.Service needs to be better. Wouldn’t recommend

I bought a 3 leches cake and it is drier than anything, not a drop of milk, one less customer 😏 before they were delicious, now they are not and for the price it is not worth paying so much for something like that

Great place , excellent customer service service, and my number 1 cake in houston better then other not to mention names of bakeries.. but omg This place the flavor the moisture how fresh all her cakes and empanadas cookies etc, been going to this place 4 yrs and I love it 🥰 thank you guys cake is delicious delicious. Good afternoon, I will tell you about my experience with these delicious desserts, sweet galeana cakes, very delicious. Personally, I don't care how much it costs or how much to pay when it comes to something rich, delicious, well made, but the attention is terrible. Recently I went to buy a cake. since it was my birthday 🎂 and I thought of Sweet galeana I asked the girl to tell me what flavors were the cakes in the back of the refrigerator and she made me such a horrible face very reluctantly well after all she took care of me Alone, anyway I decided to take a very pretty pink one, by the way, it was very delicious, filled with pineapple and delicious cajeta. I loved it. When I went to pay, I asked the lady if I could add the Happy Birthday around the cake and she simply said THAT I COULDN'T anymore. Well, it's bad, the two who were serving were in such a bad mood, they would throw this delicious pastry shop on its head with their bad customer service, I love this place but with this type of service I don't think I'll ever return, I'll look for a new one for my desserts and cakes.. 😒🥺

I got a small arroz con leches and a tres leches cake and it came out to $18… it’s not worth the price. The arroz had a good cinnamon taste to it but no sweetness at all
