Garbage. I paid 20$ for a half full bowl. Ingredients didn’t even taste fresh, never going back.

Love sweet green! It's my go to for a healthy lunch - so delicious and fresh ingredients.

The young man serving at the store on Sunday is very courteous and very knowledgeable about the store offering. Food is decent, as good as a salad store can be. But the service member did made a great difference to my opinion of this store. He saw my fork slipped onto the ground, without me asking, he brought a new one to me, OUTSIDE the store!! That’s above and beyond!

Love the place and staff here!

The downtown location is way better. I am never asked if I want a sourdough with my salad here and they seem to give you way less here than downtown. The price is much more for less compared to downtown… food taste great, just disappointed.

Hey… I hate to be this person and I by no means feel entitled to get free food. The service here has really gone down. Like bad. I was here 1-9-2025. And the young Hispanic lady with the mole on her nose was just nasty to me for no reason. I didn’t question her or give her an attitude, but she just had a bad attitude. Another lady was helping me get my order. I noticed a 50 cent charge for the tomatoes and cucumber I got instead of the coleslaw. Then some customers came in , the little girl with her two male family members came in. They asked if they could wait inside for a few minutes until their uber arrived(they were not homeless or suspicious). They waited quietly beside the door. The same lady who was rude to me came up to them as told them to sit down “over there” so they are not in the way of the door… she could have asked them nicely to move away from the door, but instead she told them they were in the way and to move to “this spot”. I giggled a bit out of shock the way she handled it. I felt pretty uncomfortable. My food was also cold and the sweet potatoes were undercooked. She felt the need to tell me she worked there for 3 years and my statement about the up charge didn’t make sense. I told her I understand but I was told by two different locations that they don’t charge extra for certain sides (tomatoes and cucumber) if it’s being exchanged for something else. I felt like she just wanted to argue and I wasn’t there for that. I told her okay and left it at that, but she still kept going. Someone teach her customer service skills please. I can tolerate a lot but that’s too much.

Had the opportunity to try out sweetgreen tonight as part of “A Taste of Rice Village”. Their seasonal Harvest Bowl had a nice array of flavors and the Hibiscus tea hit the spot. Can’t say enough great things about the staff. In particular, Eric and Perla were very personable and hospitable! I told them I had only been to sweetgreen once before and they proceeded to explain the menu and how all of the ingredients were fresh. Interesting fact: Eric actually planted and takes care of the vegetation in front of the store, which I thought was really cool.

All that to say, I would highly recommend sweetgreen in Rice Village! Great food and exceptional service!

Really unfortunate to see this establishment deny a woman in need of water, then proceed to escort her outside the premises even when someone PAID for her order.

On the contrary, Jocelyn was very kind and accommodating afterwards and should be proud of how she handled the situation. Spread kindness ♡

Came into this location on a late Saturday night, usually when you would service to be at the lowest after a long day, but my experience with Aanisah was so pleasant and sweet! She engaged me in conversation, made a fire bowl, and seriously just left me with a smile on my face as I walked out the store! Consistently great service and food at this location, love love love.

Shame on you for denying entry to someone in need! Especially when someone else was trying to buy her food. Kudos to your employee I hope she found a better place to work

I hope the employee who kicked out the homeless lady is fired. There was no reason of kicking her out when all she wanted was a cup of water. She’s human too!

This establishment should be avoided not only for its poor quality food based on the reviews but foe turning away a homelessness woman who was simply asking for a cup of free water and then denied entry with another patron whom was buying her lunch...disgusting
