Ordered a salad in person, when I very clearly asked to sub tofu as my protein. I get home and it’s chicken. Try to call the store and you cannot reach anyone. Ridiculous and that’s the last time I’m going to this location!

this location SUCKS. i DO NOT recommend coming to this place. the customer service is THE WORST. the bowls vary in price but are average 20$ a bowl. i asked for more greens and they refused to put some in, and not in a kind manner either. the people who worked on 10/9/2025 gave HORRIBLE customer service and did not want to put hardly anything in my bowl. telling me i COULDNT add this or that into MY bowl that IM paying for. the manager also doubled down on this but then proceeded to do my bowl and put what i asked for. i also came here to get the new bowl they’ve been advertising and they said they’re not serving that. so overall the employee Johnathan and the manger here both are horrible representatives of this company and made me want to never give my money to this company ever again.

Today about 4:30 I went to sweetgreen and it was a very clean environment. Mr Walter was the only worker in line and assisted me. He was SO pleasant and nice and made sure he was patient with me and my salad bowl requests. He was kind and very professional making sure I got the adequate portions. He was attentive and also greeted me with a smile! He deserves something nice!
the wait was long because everyone was preoccupied doing whatever they were doing. the food was burnt to the bottom of the serving bowls. and the guy making my bowl was very very rude and selective to want to help me.

I arrived at 8:48 pm. The workers were looking odd when I walked in .. like they didn't want to be there any longer than they had to. I requested the ripple fries. With 12 minutes left before closing, surely I could get an order of fries. I was told the ripple fries take 20 minutes to prepare. I don't believe them! Don't worry though .. you lost my business.
