Your manager denied a homeless woman water and when someone wanted to buy her food, he told her to wait outside. I will never eat at any Sweet greens because that display was disgusting . We are all humans and denying someone water is criminal.

I love sweetgreen but at this location the weight time and delays to get the order ready are crazy. Even when ordered online, it can take an hour for the food to be ready or 30 minutes of delay to their said pick up time.
These delays during lunch time at work are pretty terrible.

That fact someone who works there made a human being wait outside while someone else purchased her some food is absolutely disgusting. If two or more people come in and one is getting the check to do, always make the others wait outside? The lack of humanity from your staff speaks volumes.

My first time eating at sweetgreen was spectacular. I always enjoy trying fast casual restaurants, and I will say sweetgreen is top tier. The ingredients are authentic, and the options are almost endless. The downtown location is ideal if you live there because it can be reached by light rail or foot. Overall I had a great experience with the staff and the vibes were on point. Sweetgreen is a little pricey but highly recommend trying it out because it well worth it.
