I love how efficient their to-go system works. You just walk right in to pick up from the shelves you’re good to go. The variety of healthy drink options are great too, I got to try something new and loved it. Easily accessible by the Metro Rail and its kept clean both inside and outside seating. I made my own bowl but realized they had more menu options available in store than online. I’ll definitely be trying the elote bowl next time! Everything tasted so fresh and filling.

Ordered salad today where they made salad and informed me at end ingredients were missing. Asked for substitution of adding egg to keep some protein but told it was a premium item and couldn’t be added. Total waste of my time today and very disappointed in their customer

First time eating Sweetgreen today, which was catered at a vegan retreat. I completely understand it was catered food, but the food was cold. I picked up a prepackaged bowl called the Shroomami. The portobello mushrooms were salty and the tofu lacked flavor. Their customer service was great, especially for not even being at their actual restaurant. There were three men there helping the foundation who was sponsoring the retreat. The made everyone stand in a uniformed line and explained all their options efficiently. I loved their pesto dressing, but it was oily. I would try them again, but would prefer to go to their location.

Don’t be fooled by first glance - the new Peach & Goat Cheese summer salad is EVERYTHING! ?It was my first visit to this location and I will definitely be back. Each person on staff that I encountered was super helpful and courteous. Can’t wait to try another meal here!

Great food but horrible customer service. I understand the lunch traffic is hectic, but yelling at customers to hurry up and move through the line is unacceptable. When I continued ordering, lady working the cashier continued to repeat " do you hear me?". Unfortunately I don't like to be berated when ordering lunch. Will make the walk to Salata in the tunnels from now on.

The food was good, nothing amazing or super creative. I'm glad I got the pesto vinaigrette, which added the flavor and was very good. They also forgot my fork in a delivery, so I had to track one down.
