Location is unable to manage volume. when you try to speak to someone about your order, there is no acknowledgement and you’re just left to wonder. Not recommended if you are in any type of time crunch.

Didn’t have anything I wanted ready and seemed bothered when asked how long it would take. Not sure how they could even allow themselves to run out without having more being prepared to come out an hour before close seemed like they just wanted to go home and didn’t care much about the customers.

This is like a Chipotle style but for salads. I love all the options. They have the best salad dressings and they have so many options for lettuce, chicken and I also like their tofu for a protein. It's great! I like this location. It's in Uptown which is close and they have easy parking and you can walk around to do some window shopping after. I also do a lot of take out orders here for business meetings.

I didn’t want to post a review because i overall love this place but lately ive been having issues with the cold sweet potatoes vs the warm. Online it says “roasted potatoes” but doesn’t indicate cold or warm unless you go to the premium section to add the warm. I’ve been selecting the regular option for months and get warm but recently I’ve been getting cold. I’m really okay with it but today I’m utterly disgusted . The sweet potatoes taste either old or spoiled. I’m so disappointed and i already left so it’s no point of going back. Tried to call but it gives really no option to talk to a team member so now I’m here. I literally pushed them to the side. GROSS!

I was skeptical because of some of the reviews but honestly this was the best salad i've ever had, so many options, proteins and veggies super flavorful, customer service was great & cute tables for a perfect lunch date! I'll definitely be back
