When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted, even after making eye contact with three workers.( How hard is it to say “I’ll be right with you”??) The restaurant wasn’t busy, and no new guests were coming in. Over the next few minutes, I saw six more people enter without being acknowledged. Finally, a man got a worker's attention, saying he was picking up an online order. The worker said they were behind and would call out names when ready (make it make sense), though several orders were already on the counter. Someone said they can see their order on the counter, so the staff finally asked if people were waiting on orders and started helping them. Probably the rudest experience and did not feel welcomed at all.

If you must eat healthy, this is a good spot for it. One warning, you may encounter vegans since this spot is pretty popular for those awful, awful people

Sweetgreen at Uptown Park is great! The employees are friendly and the salads are amazing. Everything is always fresh. My new favorite is the caramelized garlic steak. The quality of the beef is good and it’s not overcooked. The dressings are some of the best I’ve had.

Adam, Kiriah, and Leigh made my experience even better. Night and Day compared to Leaf & Grain in Tanglewood.

I recently went by here yesterday after ordering previously & my food container was spilled everywhere in the bag. I came to this location showing proof of what happened and the manager was giving me a very hard time. She(short Caucasian women with dark hair) was giving me the third degree as if I was lying. They ended up replacing my order but I won’t be returning to this location.

They went above and beyond to help my friend in a wheelchair. Took the time to take the food out of the bowl it was in and show it to her so that she could decide what she wanted to eat.
By far one of the best experiences I have had at a restaurant and they have really gone above and beyond to accommodate her with her special needs.

Wheelchair accessibility: Extremely patient and helped accommodate to all of our needs.

These are the best salads hands down. Worth the $15-20. Kenzii at this location always makes the salads with such finesse; perfect ratios every time :))

Food is very below average and so is service. Only redeeming quality is that they don’t use seed oils

My cousin took me to try a new place (new for us) called Sweetgreen in Uptown Park. Outside at the front entrance, there was a sign about a "garlic steak" menu item. Inside on the overhead marquee/screen, there were a couple of pictures of this same garlic steak dish and it said "new" so I ordered it. The pictures were medium cooked, nicely sliced fresh steak that looked delicious. When I got the bowl, I said. "Oh I think you forgot the steak," and she pointed to these little tiny dark brown square bits in the bowl. So I said I want the garlic steak dish on the picture and she said, no sorry, this is it. It was terrible, just dried out tiny 1" cubes of very beyond well done steak. Do not order this unless you ask them to see the steak they're going to put on your dish, because it is definitely not anything close to what's in the photos in the store. Some of the employees also had their drinks and paperwork out at the only large round table in the dining room. That was the only one that would accommodate our size party, and we asked if we could sit there. We saw that employees had left their drinks there but were now working at the counter. It was very obvious that we seemed to rub the man behind the counter the wrong way when he cleaned all the other tables first and then that one. He seemed extremely huffy about it. The only other table that would accommodate our party's size clearly said that it was for handicap patrons. Pretty sure we won't be going back there. My cousin said the Woodlands was nothing like that, and the food she had at the Woodlands location was fresh and delicious.

The worse salad I’ve ever eaten!! I could not chew the kale, the salmon was over cooked and the sweet potatoes were hard as a rock!! Something was seriously wrong, I threw up immediately.

WARNING!!! DO NOT EAT AT SWEETGREEN!!!

I’ve never reviewed anything in my life, but I feel compelled to let others know this. Images may be disturbing by the way.

Myself and my GF purchased two salad bowls today, and after eating maybe 5 bites of her salad, my GF found an ALIVE and MOVING bug/worm/maggot in her food. I have images and videos of it, and it’s horrific.

We’ve eaten at Sweetgreen for a couple years now, and we’re terrified thinking of the bugs we may have not seen… and accidentally eaten in the past!!

We will never eat here again! And strongly recommend others don’t either unless Sweetgreen changes whatever it is that allowed this to happen.

Some people aren’t meant for the service industry, I think Adam is one of them.
