Slow, if you are waiting in a hot car for 5 minutes in line, then pull up to the window expecting to get your drink, they'll be not ready yet & haven't started making it after you paid for it. Almost faster to go to the gas station and buy one in there.

Staff was friendly, fast, and efficient. My son and I ordered two shark attacks the blue yummy gummy attached on top was fun! The Beach bum beverage was my fiancée choice and it was delightful. Can’t wait to go back and try more drink!!

My son likes this place. He always wants to go. I think their diet soda drinks are good. I hope they add a zero calorie drink option in the future though.

Apparently they don’t ever know what “light ice” means. I asked for light ice in a 24oz drink and they put so little that it melted 3 mins later and my drink was warm. Other times they fill the entire cup with ice despite asking for light ice. I feel like it’s common sense but obviously not.
So my wife loved the dirty sodas. Cookies weee different. They were served cold. Just different.

Oh the lines...the oh so very long lines can be terrifying. But the staff moves as fast as they can. I have been on days where there wasn't a wait, but I am cringing at the thought of the lines that wrap around the entire shopping complex to the street.
It's not Swig's fault. They're just very popular and great with making refreshing drinks. I love their Guava Have It! I feel guilty every time I come back and attempt to try something else, but end up ordering the same thing. My friends have tried a variety of their drinks and love it.
Prices are fair and the employees are super nice.

Swig is a better Sonic it's dope! However the workers are a little rude. My car broke down in front of the swig and they refused me service. I get it's a car only restaurant. But a little help while dealing with a stressful situation would've been nice. Guess they don't want my money lol.
