3 if us were there at 5:00 PM. Only 3 other tables were occupied. Restaurant ran out of all American Beers. They forgot to order new supply. The Waiter explained. Mexican Beer was warm. We told him to put the beer in the freezer for 15 minutes - it will get cold enough. 15 minutes later: Waiter forgot to put the Beer in the Freezer

Silvia’s Enchiladas is our top choice whenever we crave beef fajitas. The food is absolutely delicious, with the quality of the meat elevating the fajitas to another level. Each dish boasts a perfect blend of flavors that keeps us coming back for more. The staff is friendly and welcoming, enhancing the overall experience. We had the pleasure of meeting Silvia, the owner, who is genuinely warm and inviting, making the restaurant feel like a home away from home. We highly recommend dining here!

As I entered I was greetef by a worker who was ending her shift. She welcomed me in and told me to walk towards the back. While walking past the hostess table, a lady, who would be my server, Hazel, welcomed me with and even bigger smile (how is this possible). After she sat me in the booth and left to obtain a menu, another server, walking through smiled and asked me how I was doing. I ordered my food it was delicious. I asked to speak with the manager. Hazel asked me if everything was OK. I told her yes. Upon meeting Daniel, the manager, I applauded him on what a wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff hebhad created. Their kindness was genuine and it is very apparent they collaborate and work as a team here. I know when people generally ask to speak with the manager, it is to complain. I thought he should know what a great experience I had there.

Had a perfect margarita lunch. The mole was bomb. Jimena gave great service and offered some us some super delicious habanero sauce that she said she made. Highly recommend.

Sylvia’s Enchilada Kitchen offered a really enjoyable meal. The flavors were comforting and authentic, and you can tell the recipes come from a place of tradition. The enchiladas were the highlight—well-seasoned, satisfying, and made with care. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a good meal.

Service was pleasant and friendly, and our food came out in a reasonable time. There were a couple of small areas where things could have been a bit smoother, but nothing that took away from the overall experience.

Overall, it’s a solid place for delicious Tex-Mex with a home-style touch. We’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu.
