Old school dive bar with a friendly neighborhood vibe. I loved chatting with the bartender and all the regulars. This is a mature crowd. The chairs are comfortable and the music isn't too loud. There's a great jukebox and an old-time cigarette machine for nostalgia. Every Thursday night they do a popular cheeseburger BBQ.
At 44, I'm likely the youngest person in here. It's all good, though. I appreciate the vibe. Welcoming folks. $2.75 Lone Star longnecks.About the only complaint I have is that they don't have the AMI jukebox turned up loud enough.
Such a cute little spot. Shannon, the owner, is the sweetest. If you are looking for an authentic old school vibe with very affordable drinks this is the spot for you, and you will meet some very cool people.
