Just started going here and like the vibe and atmosphere. I can hang out, relax, and drink while talking to friends and listening to music. This will be a new hangout spot for me. The only issue was the parking, which there is some in the back but not the best if you have a large truck like I do.
It is rare to find a tiny, friendly, non-douchey bar in the inner loop in Houston to have one cocktail on your way home from work in the most walkable area of this city. This is one of few. It is also "local Houston." It's the way it used to be when many similar bars existed here. My favorite little neighborhood bar in the area! Kasey has been an outstanding addition to the staff and I always enjoy walking in and being greeted by him. It can get busy in there so be sure to get a good spot to sit. Great tacos at the taco truck across the street as well!
