Ordered a large Monk Rice with jumbo shrimp. Mind you I haven't been here in a few yrs, but this was the first time rice had no flavor other then the sauteed veggies, and the shrimp were overcooked. So over cooked my jaws started hurting from chewing, but I wasn't gonna waste 18 dollars. I couldn't go back because I got it right before closing. I really want to chalk it up to that being the reason.

It's just alright. Prices on the wall and picture aren't accurate. Paid over $13 for 2 pieces of the blandest fish I've ever had and unseasoned fries when it says $6.95 on the wall, fries and sald included. Everyone raves about the monk rice like its something new or different but its literally shrimp fried rice, no complexity to it. Well seasoned shrimp on top was the highlight of the entire experience.
Community fish market you buy we fry always on point could put lemons in with seafood. Family packs need more than 2 slices of bread. But the fish fried perfect shrimp fries super. Get the fried rice they use yellow rice and it went from there to home and was still 🔥

Food is fireeee!!!! 🤤 10/5 stars! Was in town from El Paso and let me tell you something about this restaurant. The guys are great service was exceptional and the food is absolutely delicious! I was able to select my fish and they fried it and seasoned it to perfection!
