Sweetwater Point Apartments

Not a good place to live. I had to file for an emergency move out due to my apartment being infested with roaches! They did hire an exterminator but that did not help at all. He only came twice and that was it ! The roaches were coming out of the walls, underneath the carpet, vents , cracks in the wall, dishwasher, refrigerator and cabinets! They were literally EVERYWHERE!!! It was a nightmare living here and I had to throw away everything when I moved out of the unit. I complained to the office staff weekly about the issue but they did not seem to care at all. I Sprayed & Treated The Apartment It Still Did Not Get Better! Once The Neighbor Above Me Moved Out It Got Really Really Bad ! Omg I Hated Living Here !They barely answer the phone and is very UNPROFESSIONAL! There were fights and drunk people wrecking other people’s cars in the parking lot. It was so ghetto and nasty here. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE MOVING HERE! The ROACHES ARE BAD!! This Was By Farmost One Of The Worst Places I’ve Ever Lived !

Been here almost 8 yrs and never seems to get better with management.

I visited this property in search of a place to live and the assistant manager was literally yelling and screaming at other employee in the office right in front of me. Never even made contact with me. Just rude and unprofessional. I would never rent from this place! Not good at all! I read all the other reviews and they all say the same thing! Get rid of the assistant manger before a fight break out!

Not friendly staff , manger is very arrogant she yells at you when tenets interact .. very rude ..people from out side enter apartment and dump there trash , lot of roaches ..very old rusting fridge ,oven ,dish washer..poor management

Management is very bad they don't know how to talk to people ..very bad place to live in .lot of roaches , old fridge, no fans in room old oven which is rusting ..dishwasher is rusting ..walk ways are too dirty .I don't recommend this apartment to any one ...staff should learn politeness..I wish I give 0 star

I recently went here trying to rent an apartment and I had the worst experience. Everyone there is unorganized. The assistant manager is rude and doesn’t want to do her job. Very unprofessional how they handled everything. They barely answered the phone. They would lie and say they will give you a called and don’t. I would call to get the status of my application and the assistant manager who be on the phone smacking every time I would ask something so I hung up in her face. Like I'm only asking for an update. Just do your job. This just shows me that they don’t care about their tenants or even future tenants. Even the property manager doesn’t care how rude she is. She even called me defending her talking about you can’t be hanging up in the employees faces and I should’ve asked for a manager. First of all I did ask to speak to someone else once I realized she was being rude. She told me everyone was busy lying. Like lady why are you even calling me if it’s not about my application. Just unprofessional. This was the worst experience I ever had applying to an apartment. As long as they in the office I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The assistant manager and the property manager really needs to be fired because they don’t want to work.

Let me start off first of all management don’t care about your safety stairways be nasty you have neighbors who fight u for petty stuff they vandalize vehicles please don’t move to this place worst mistake im on a project base housing it’s horrible

I love my apartment. It’s quiet over here. The grounds are well kept. They inspect and make sure the units are well kept as well. Customer service from EVERYONE in the office is exceptional. And this is a true family oriented complex. The community here has all kind of programs for families and children. And more importantly the price is just right. Thank you to the staff here at Sweetwater for a smooth and wonderful experience.

Don't waste your time or money! Very dangerous and nasty Apartments. Someone got killed twice at the Apartment and management did not send out a notice to the resident. Maintenance or Management don't do their job. There is always gunshots at night, New Year Day and 4th of July is worse. Resident cars are always being broken into. No one should have to live like that. Sometimes it's best to pay more for better living.

I had an incredibly positive experience at Sweetwater Apartments, largely thanks to the wonderful staff, especially Ms. V and Ms. Vickie. From the moment I stepped into the office, Ms. V greeted me with warmth and professionalism. Despite the challenges I faced during the application process, she remained patient and kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring I never felt overwhelmed.

Ms. Vickie was an absolute gem, guiding me through the paperwork with ease and clarity. Her straightforward approach made what could have been a daunting task surprisingly manageable. I truly appreciated her expertise and support.

Though it took some effort to reach Ms. Nell initially, once we connected, she was incredibly reliable and dedicated to ensuring my needs were met. Her commitment to keeping her word and ensuring my satisfaction did not go unnoticed.

Overall, I give Sweetwater Apartments a well-deserved 5-star rating. The exceptional service provided by Ms. V, Ms. Vickie, and Ms. Nell made my move-in process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this community to anyone seeking a welcoming and efficient living experience.

Do your Research before doing the application because if you make any mistakes on the applications, which they will not tell you, you will have to wait 4 months before you can apply again.
