Might be one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. Here is my nacho cheese. The rest of my order didn’t have half of the ingredients it was supposed to have. First time I gave them grace because it was super busy. Now on my third time they are just trash.

The entire nighttime crew needs to be replaced. Expect to wait 30 minutes minimum in the drive-through every single time you go. You'd think they'd getting better at their jobs after a while.

Food quality was poor the tortilla on the crunch wrap was burned with little meat and beans inside, service extremely poor service I ordered hot sauce and didn’t receive any. The lady in front of me in the drive-thru dropped her food on the pavement while showing the cashier that it was incorrect. Instead, of her asking the lady to come inside so that she can make it right or pull around and she’ll bring it out to her they both decided to hold up the entire line.

Location on Ella blvd in Houston sorry in regards to treatment of customers. Cashier dropped my coins onto floor instead of onto my hand. Did not apologize nor offered to replace coins. Then started waving food bag in front of my face when I started to open door to try to locate coins

Easily one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. Always a friendly reminder not to buy food from any Taco Bell ever. Waiting in a drive through for fifteen minutes when there is only three cars is absolutely diabolical.
