Disgusting to say the least this is not the first issue that I’ve had at this restaurant with the manager name Jack I was almost done eating my meal keep in mind I frequent this place at least twice a week I found a piece of curly hair in my food after I told the manager Jack he told me he doesn’t know how to get a refund because he doesn’t order on the mobile app, I advised you are a representation of Taco Bell and for you not to be able to give me guidance on how I can get a full refund due to your employees not being properly compliant with food guidelines behooves me to the up most I will be speaking with the manager OSCAR ON MONDAY INREGARDS TO A FULL REFUND I WILL NEVER EAT A TACO BELL AGAIN THIS LOCATION IS PURE DISGUSTING AND I WILL BE CALLING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE MAnager I wish I could give zero stars so gross!!

Drive through was super fast. Was 6 cars deep and still made it through the line in less than 15 minutes. Thats pretty not normal today. Way to go taco bell. Just wish they had people inside to take your order. Everyone has gone to the app or kiosk system. Takes customer service out of it.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. This is the worst taco bell in Houston. My husband and I went thru the drive thru after going out one night and had to sit in the drive thru for an hour and a half. Then when we finally got our food it was cold. I have been thru this one twice since then and the always get my order wrong, take forever and are rude at the drivethru. I am just going to have to find another one to go to because this one sucks. Buyer beware!
