Came in to get some hard shell tacos, was going to buy a homeless lady a meal, no customer service at all, wanted to order on the counter, the lady doing the drive thru told me to order on the screen, after I had made the order, wanted to pay cash with a $50 dollar bill, they have no cash change, so just cancel the order and left, know wonder why the place is so lonely

Every time I visit this location, I get an unpleasant experience. The drive thru cashier did not give me my change back, I guess to help with their “donations”. Regardless, I never gave her permission to keep MY change. So beware if you pay with cash.

I was told I had to buy food in order to use the restroom which I thought was weird. Ive come several times after that and I order the salad and pay for extra beans and chicken and they never give me the extra, I always gotta go back and get it. They act like the food coming from their homes being stingy lol

The manager, Keke, and I became friends in about 1 minute. Keke knows the menu, knows what's good, and she's just as excited for your order as you are. In fast food, it's so easy for staff not to care, but Keke is great.
