KFC is my go to for chicken sandwiches. It always surprises me how big the chicken patty is and it's super filling, and the best part is that it's cheaper than McDonald's but it feels healthier. 🐓🍗

I have no idea who was at the window, but that was by far the best customer service I’ve experienced in over a year. She had a small to her voice, asked tons of questions, confirmed my order with me at the window and at the menu she just seemed overall happy to be there, and I will definitely be back to this location more times for her, whoever she is, I hope she keep up the good work

These employees are not nice and very quick to give excuses. Their drive through speaker does not work and you have to order at the window and there is also no menu outside. When I told the woman inside she quickly dismissed me and stated that it was raining and that if they put anything outside it would get wet. The ice machine wasn’t working and the same woman said they don’t have ice in the back and that if I “wiggle the metal thing” sometimes it works. There are no signs anywhere and no one is apologizing for anything around this place. I’m not sure who the manager is but this place is chaotic

7904 longpoint Houston tx.77055 I went to taco bell on. July 16- 24 Monday at 11.00am they were still not open and once they did open at the front counter was a very Rude lady and she was the manager she never said hello or anything dam thing. I wanted a simple nacho. I walked out she's been ruled before, I took my money and spent it somewhere else. Bad customer service. I'll never go there again.
This Taco Bell and KFC combo It's trash. The location looks like trash. The people that work there are slow, rude and covered in hickeys, your order will always be messed up and the store is disgusting

My autistic son eats 3 5-layer burritos every day. It is his current "thing." Personally, I hate their food. It tastes like dog food mixed with aluminum. Their prices vary from city to city and it's expensive anymore. Taco Bell used to be the cheap place to eat. I'll stick to real Mexican food, thank you.

I know it’s fast food and you get what you pay for these days. However, needless to say the basics should never be disregarded. I went through the drive thru to order a 5 piece chicken strip meal with mashed potatoes for my side. While on the road I noticed they did not give me napkins nor plasticware to eat mashed potatoes. That’s just being plain careless and not paying attention. When I called the so called manager “Courtney” she had very little regard to my complaint. I asked her if she was listening or just speechless? She responded no, I’m just multi tasking. Rest assured I will never return and discourage anyone from going there also.
