I know it’s fast food and you get what you pay for these days. However, needless to say the basics should never be disregarded. I went through the drive thru to order a 5 piece chicken strip meal with mashed potatoes for my side. While on the road I noticed they did not give me napkins nor plasticware to eat mashed potatoes. That’s just being plain careless and not paying attention. When I called the so called manager “Courtney” she had very little regard to my complaint. I asked her if she was listening or just speechless? She responded no, I’m just multi tasking. Rest assured I will never return and discourage anyone from going there also.

While waiting for my order for 10 mts this guy thre the bag on the xounter without waving or sayin order number so an so,i asked him if that was my order,he got mad at me for asking him saying he was busy, thats real sorry service homestly he is a heavy set guy he wouldnt even give me his name when i asked him looks hindu and chicano at the same time.

I went through the drive thru and asked for 2 of the Gordita crunches. I asked for the nacho cheese shell. I received 2 Doritos supreme tacos. I was overcharged as the items I asked for cost less than the items I received, which I did not want at all. I worked in fast food for 4 years. This isn’t difficult. Give up on being successful entirely if you can’t handle this.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting. The guy taking orders through drive thru was extremely rude.Asked for a freeze, which every other Taco Bell has, and he became stern all of the sudden and said “NO. THATS A BIG NO.” He then talked down to me as if I was stupid for not knowing they didn’t have freezes. It was so bizarre that I just assumed he was joking and just socially awkward. That last part could very well still be true.Apparently there is a sign on the bottom right of the drive thru menu stating that they don’t serve freezes. This sign is easily blocked by your vehicles side mirror. My bad big guy, hope you get the training you desperately need.

Used to be a great place with accurate orders and great service. Not the same anymore. Placed order through the drive-thru. Got yelled at because I told the person the sauce I wanted with the order with rude comment “I didn’t ask you what sauce you wanted” “I asked you what side you wanted.” I paused and then answered politely. Pull up to the window, was told they’re out biscuits at the time and asked if that was ok. Said well I guess I don’t have a choice do I? Got the order and left. Drove into a parking spot to check. No utensils in the bag for my mashed potato famous bowl, and for the mashed potato’s for the chicken strip combo. No sauce. And no napkins. And the chicken enchilada burrito I also ordered and paid for was not in the bag either. Got fed up with the worst service ever and brought everything to the counter in the lobby and asked for my money back. The person who took my drive thru order said no refunds. The manager next to him politely gave my money back. Never again.

First of all! This place is has flies and soda machine’s ice was just water! The cashier was super rude. He rolled his eye because i was confused about the combo deal. They talked trash about me and my husband because it took 20 minutes. Food was good! This service was horrible!! Never talking to those employees again!

Went by there and ordered a couple of bean burritos for lunch, and they were not that great. Heavy on the chopped onions and sauce, and the refried beans were a bit lumpy and not thick like they should be. I wish I had read the reviews before stopping by this place, but I was a bit hungry at the time and didn't think to check my phone for the reviews. I don't think I'll come back to this place. Advice to the staff: If you want business to improve with better reviews, then read the reviews and do something to correct those issues. Make changes for the better. Good luck.

Shades or No shades

Google needs to change the hours of this place. I wasted my time to drive here for breakfast before work and got there to find it closed;now going to work on empty stomach ?

Waited 10+ minutes at the drive-thru speaker without being greeted at all. I asked if I should come inside and got yelled at by lady who said "It will be the same wait so if you want to leave just leave." So I left. Won't be back.
