I went to the drive thru, asked to change the soda for Baja midnight without ice (because it doesn't show in the app), and he gave me Baja blast with ice, and he also gave me another person's order. I had to wait 5 extra minutes for my order. Really bad service today.

Been about 5 years havent been to Taco Bell, NO MORE!!! Got the crunchy taco family pack. Shells were stale and the bean with chorizo mystery meat was a very small amount!!! 2 packs of the fire sauce took more space in the taco. Dairy Queen tacos are 100% better!!!

Brian/Bryan you are a rockstar bro! My order was taking longer than usual my a thought my dasher stole it and Bryan/Brian was really cool and was willing to remake my Big order! The food was cold and soggy cause the dasher but Amazing customer service!
