I haven't been to Taco Bell in a good while. I tried to visit one out West near Katy, but at 3 PM, their lobby was weirdly closed. You could only go thru the drive-in window. Well, that was not what I wanted, so I left. But on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, I was near the Galleria area and searched to find one that had full service. I walked in around 2 PM. Ordered a #2 combo. The guy at the register did not bother to ask if I wanted crunchy or soft tacos. The combo comes a drink, to which the cup was not provided. I had to ask for it. If was busy, I would understand, but it was pretty quiet. This lowered the potential to get a 4* or even 5* rating.
Best Taco Bell in Houston the staff are awesome the rice is cooked properly, the frozen freezer slushie drinks can cause pain if you're not careful. They are cold! Incredible. Thanks guys!
