Need more staff or something at night.They continue to take drive thru orders and fulfill them despite people waiting at the window for delivery orders. They don’t even try to acknowledge you at all. There was a line of people waiting and they didn’t even attempt to come to the window they just kept handling drive thru only letting delivery order food get cold.

Horrible customer service. Went to the counter 3 times for 10 minutes each time. And nobody would take my order. I will never go here again. They acted like I didnt even exist. Horrible place. I hope they fire the whole crew and start over again.

Woman who took our order was very nice, read our order back to us to make sure it was correct, asked what sauces we wanted, and told us when to expect our order to be out. The food was good and exactly as we ordered it.

I had a great experience at Taco Bell thanks to Carter! He was super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was exactly right. You can tell he really cares about giving good service—he even double-checked that everything was fresh and packed neatly. It’s not often you get that kind of attention at a fast-food place. Big shoutout to Carter for making my visit such a positive one!

Main complaint, the selfservice touchpad was sticky and gross. And there are no wipes or anything nearby to clean your hands and are forced to go into the bathroom and wash them. Which honestly it was apparent that the screen wasn't cleaned in at least 3-4 days I feared I would just make it worse by trying to wash my hands in there. And the whole dinning area was a mess. I don't know if I missed the rush or what, but it needed service.

But food was good as taco bell is, and the service good.

I had gotten off of work at 1 AM because I work in the night industry and I wanted to get some food for me and my roommate so when I came up to the window, I asked to double check the order and he asked me if I was drunk just because I asked to double check the order. I understand you get a lot of that but it’s inappropriate and unprofessional to ask those questions “just because” I asked to double check the order.
i will be checking in with the manager in the morning. this is unacceptable for any business to ask this question just because we want to double check our order. i have had many times that taco bell has messed up my order because they are lazy or don’t want to work
