They got my order right but the cashier was very rude and when I called up there to make a complaint they didn’t answer and I called back they answer and I was telling them about it and they hung up in my face

Went to this taco bell around 1:40 p.m. on Monday (07/21/25) and wanted to order inside at the counter. Waited 30 minutes and was completely ignored by 3 different employees. When I made a fuss they said drive thru was a priority then the dine in. I said will get corporate involved and left to another establishment to eat.

Food was so stale I couldn’t even eat it. I threw away the fry’s and my burrito. They screwed up both burritos and the sizes of the fry’s and drink. I haven’t had Taco Bell in 7 months and I now remember why.

Place is not bad except other team members go above and beyond more than others. Half the time you walk in and employees are chit-chating and it takes several minutes before anyone can recognize you. More than once I've had an order sitting there and waiting but Noone to hand it over. Again - not all employees are the same. I've had great customer service at this location and continue to do so on occasion.
