The food is cold, portions are not correct, they put chicken when you ask for ground beef, and they always forget items. If you're out of items, you need to communicate that with the customer so they don't get something that they didn't want. This is basic service etiquette. And how about this? ANSWER THE PHONE AND MAKE IT RIGHT. how lazy are the managers here? Can't even answer the phone
How do you run out of ground beef at taco bell. The general manager or who ever placed the truck order should be reprimanded substantially. The main ingredient for your restaurant is ground beef.

late night staff was a bit off today. sat at the window for 30 minutes waiting for an order that usually takes them less than 10 minutes to make. didn’t put cheese on my quesadillas or grilled cheese burritos. and the burritos were somehow cold. didn’t put the sauces that i paid extra for. good thing i checked the bag before driving home. they were nice and got the order fixed but kinda disappointed cuz i usually have good service here…

Even though Taco Bells are getting a new look and technology... for about 1-3 years the past few Taco Bells I've visited have lost their touch with human beings. Atmosphere is cold, no greetings, no person out front to even help with the tech, color combination inside, drab, boring. Pictures of food on the walls would be better than what they've done. Food has gone down in Flavor + Quality. My favorite Beef Bowl-gone. Maybe I'll forget + try them out in 6 months... ...

Jade was very rude. I asked for a minute to look over the menu and when it was time to order. She rudely asked what she could get for me. When I got to the window she aggressively put her arm out to take my card and snatched it. And then when giving me my food she aggressively threw her arm out to hand it to me. Rolled her eyes and shut the window. I don't know if she's having a bad day. But that doesn't give her the right to be mean to someone. Customer service should not be her line of work.
The guy was so sweet and funny even though we went at like 3 am, the food was delish but he forgot to give us our sauces. I still recommend, just ask for sauce. The vibe was nice and the store was newer.
I've been to this Taco Bell countless times. The service is usually really good, and the counter person was pleasant and professional. I ordered the luxe box. It was supposed to come with steak Chalupas and it came with chicken instead.
I didn't receive what I ordered. We're going on four times out of the last five that my ord. I get that it is not huge, but I paid for it and I didn't get it. It seems like every visit, something gets missed.
Always great service but Paul was amazing! Really nice and great energy. And my food was hot! Highly recommend
