About half the time I go to this location, it takes so long to get what I ordered that I likely would have saved time by going to the next nearest one. Tonight I put in a mobile order, drive to the store, got to the box that's exclusively for mobile orders, there was no line, waited at the box, called hello 3 times, waited, listened to 2 or 3 songs quietly with the window down, nothing. It was 7:40, I saw workers in there, waited another song, someone came through the normal drive through, another car posted up behind me, I waited, they took the non mobile order, I said excuse me into the mic, waited another minute, gave up, moved through to go to the window figuring that maybe I've been too patient and the speaker is broken, got behind the non mobile order that came before me, it took them like 7 minutes to give that guy a small bag, at this point I cancelled and went somewhere else. Spent about 10-15 minutes waiting, never talked to a soul 100% couldve made it to another Taco Bell in the time wasted at this one. I absolutely hate that this is the closest location to my home and will definitely be trying to go to other ones from here on out.

Rude hispanic lady in the drive through. Even when another employee said a mistake was his fault for naming options that weren’t available (then sending me with food I didn’t order), she tried to make me feel like the mistake was on me.
She had an attitude and absolutely no care about making the situation better. She was going to send me with the wrong item anyways. I asked to return and refund the food if they weren’t going to correct the issue. She was annoyed at that as well.
I called later to ask for a manager to let them know how the employee treated me. They apologized and made an attempt to rectify the situation. Attempt appreciated but horrible experience is engrained now. They need new workers who are trained on customer service.

Customer service is terrible. I put in a mobile order and picked it up through the drive through. Got home and handed out the food to my family and saw they left two items out of my order. Went back and walked inside to the front counter and told the lady there were things left out of my order. She asked me why I didn't bring all the food back with me because "people normally do that", as if I'm lying to her. If I got what I paid for in the first place then why am I going to waste my time, effort, and gas to go back? I told her to get the manager. She took her time doing that and then walked away from the manager and clearly said "you can deal with her". You're in a customer service job. If you don't like it, then let someone else have that job, someone who obviously needs it more and will do it right. I'll start going the extra 1.5 miles to the League City Taco Bell from now on.

They don't know how their mobile app works apparently.
I went in to order and eat there. They had a monitor for taking your order. My finger did not open the apps. It took a bit to finally get half of what I wanted, but it would not go back to the main menu without unordering. My first order. Order. 5 and 1/2 minutes of this I realized that I'm not going to sit here and program this in. That doesn't work. So it became no sale and I walked out. Maybe they need to put humans on the counter to order. AI is not running that restaurant without losing sales and customers.

I can't be the only one to feel like I have a bad experience EVERY TIME. Before and especially after the remodel.
I'm ashamed to Even give 1 star for service and atmosphere.
9 and a half minutes to be acknowledged at the drive through speaker.
I wish I could tell them to start on my order 20 minutes before I even leave the house.
Corporate really needs to get ahold of this location and the reviews show it.

Every time I come here, I’m missing food. Then they act like it’s my fault. Customer service sucks. The only time anything turns out right is when the guys are there at night!
