The ai in the drive through was interesting but the rest of the experience was complete and utter failure... i miss when i as a kid and people actually had service standards, like who wants tacos with no meat? I basically bought tortias, sour cream, and cheese... the burrito was the closest to real food but even that was dissapointing... your app also sucks, you have no deals

Went through the drive thru. It was fast, I did get in an argument with the AI but the food was pretty good for Taco Bell.

Drive thru AI taking order. Did not identify the fact that I wanted to substitute the crunchy taco with a soft taco. An actual employee never intervened. The quesadilla was not cut or toasted. None of the 6 tacos I ordered were made correctly, unless tomatoes no longer come on the tacos. Thanks Taco Bell for reminding why I cook at home!

The drive thru is annoying because of the AI taking the order . Instead of making it easier it’s worse because it doesn’t take the order correctly.

Terrible customer service from employees, Marco Trevino should be ashamed of this establishment. Complete retraining needed for the large manager as well. No people skills.

I miss the Taco Bell breakfast. It was the best thing about the place
The slow roasted chicken cantina burrito was absolutely terrible pure slop..... On the commercial and in the advertisement is chock full of green lettuce and purple cabbage but today mine had a speck of purple cabbage and a speck of lettuce it was mostly goop and cheese...... And that's when it dawned on me slow roasted chicken is just a marketing term to hide the fact that this is not high quality white breast meat chicken , it was just the dark and slimy fatty bits absolutely terrible I would have shared a photo but I already chunked it in the trash out of disgust

If I could give this place a negative 0, I would. The food was drowned in grease and burned. I asked for a redo and still came back the same way. And we wonder why we have health problems. It's because of restaurants like this that don't care what they give you!! They need the state called on them!!

Ordered foood here a couple of times very nice atmosphere very polite employees and a great manager anytime if I had an issues he helped me out so much his name is Marco Trevino overall had an amazing experience! Go Taco Bell!!!
