This place is 🚮🚮🚮. People who order after the order I was waiting on got their food before me. They didn’t even start on the order. Don’t come here.

Every time I visit this location. I have to sit and wait 15 mins plus at the window waiting for my mobile order pick up. Many times I’ve had to go inside and wait. The store is always filthy with napkins and paper on the floors.

The cashier was not very considerate. I gave him a gift card with 6 dollars on and asked him to apply the 6 dollars towards any food and he returned it dance. dollasr in balnce.

The employees and managers don’t care about the customers ,this is the second time they have messed up my order ,the total for my 3 items was $25 that’s super expensive ,you would think they would not mess up the order o get home and there are no sauces for the nuggets ,I don’t know if you guys have ever had chicken nuggets without sauce it’s wack especially when you pay $35 for it

i went in and ordered on the kiosk and when i turned around to face the counter to wait for my food i swear (honest to whatever higher being you believe in), for 2-3 seconds i watched the 18 year old at the register pick his nose. i swear i’m not making this up. we locked eyes and he immediately stopped. not long after, he went to the drive thru and yes, handled people’s cards and PLACED FOOD IN BAGS AND HANDED THEM TO PEOPLE IN THE DRIVE THRU. you may be wondering if i said anything. i did not bc i’m 99% sure nothing would’ve been done in the moment. i dont even want to imagine what happens when no one’s looking. but i hope my review is seen and something is done by higher ups.

This taco bell is so crappy. The last two times I've been here, they've given me diet baja blast instead of normal. This past visit the drink wasn't even filled up, the cheese wasn't melted all the way, and the gordita crunch looked and tasted like crap. I wish this one was better so I didn't have to drive to a taco bell further away.

Multiple times I’ve come to this location on my way home from a late shift. Arriving sometime before midnight or on the dot of 12am. This location every time has the hours of 1am closing. Every time I pull up they have some excuse as to why they are ā€œunfortunately closed at this timeā€. When asked about the hours they ignore the question every time. Management FYI, you are paying your employees to do nothing.
