This place is always a good too for me. The manager is always on top of things. This Taco Bell is always fast on the counter or in drive through. My food is always nice and hot not like warm like other fast food chains.

It’s 10:40pm and I really did not like the fact that I placed my order, was asked to drive forward, I paid for my order, then the cashier asked me to back up towards the order screen to help them with their timer and he’d wave for me when my order was ready….. I tolerated it because I’m sure it’s only a few of them in there. But when he waved me down and asked me to drive around I flat out said no. Backing up from the window had already irritated my toddler because she was hungry. Ilthe cashier kept a calm tone it was just annoying. Y’all, be transparent about wait times and staffing especially when it’s late. People just want to get in, and get out.

I was refused service because I refused to use the kiosk. If taco bell is about removing cashiers, then I'm done with taco bell. The rich has there money and people need jobs.

This has to be one of the laziest taco bells around. They won't take your order and it takes forever to get what you order. But if you're mexican they will gladly run to the register and take your order with a smile. All other races beware.

I went to get a late night snack for my kids. When I got home I was missing part of my order. I called to inform them about my missing item. They would pick the phone up then hang it back up. Finally someone answered, as I was explaining what happened she hang up the phone. I continue to call but no one would answer. I took my receipt and went back to the store. The cashier who took my order name Genesis, said she couldn't give me my missing food. I live about twenty minutes from this store. I tried to explain that and she said her manager said to come back tomorrow. I asked to speak to the manager and she wouldn't give me a name. She shut the window on me and took my receipt. Both of the ladies hid in the back, when I got my phone out to get them on camera, since she didn't want to give me my receipt back. I have never had such a horrible experience with anyone before. Taco bell on Cutten road will never get my business again.

Very rude and unprofessional!! Wanted to add a nacho fry and was told I could pay for it at the window but had to drive back around the drive thru and get back in a very long line to receive it. Made absolutely no sense. Very dissatisfied with the experience at this Taco Bell won’t be returning.

I went to go get dinner for my husband and granddaughter. I got home with our order and it was incorrect. I drove back up there and asked them to remake the bean buritto since it had meat on it and I am a vegetarian. The manager came to the counter and said she had to have the receipt. I explained that it was at home but I brought the burrito with me so they could see I did not eat it. She said no, drive home and get the receipt. I was so shocked I could not believe it. I asked for her name but none of the staff would give it to me. I will never go back to this location. I could not believe they would not remake a buritto they made wrong. Worst fast food experience of my life. Below is the pic of the horrible manager.

Can't complain about this one. I asked them to do my food a certain way, and they did it. It was probably odd to them, but it's how I needed it, and they nailed it. And the soda machine worked and the place looked well ran.

why even have an online order option if we placed a pickup order and still got it after the people that got there and ordered it. does NOT make sense to me at all. should just take that option off so people can just go there and order instead. waste of time. even the drive thru customers that got there 15 minutes after me still got their foods before me. SUCH DISAPPOINTMENT! horrible service. another guy walked in way after me, placed an order on the screen in the store and still GOT IT BEFORE ME. they need better management here at this location. to be honest, doesnt ven deserve 1 star.

Wish those kiosks would go away. We prefer ordering from a person - gives the experience a warmer feeling.
