I placed an order online to have it ready when I get there. When I get to the window, the girl hands me my drinks and doesn't say a word. Not a hi how are you or anything and then I have to wait for them to make my entire order I presume. Then a young man that looks like ishowspeed stares at me thru the window and walks away. 10-15 minutes later I get my food. I bring it home and find 4 flattened burritos. I won't return to this location. Service was weird and terrible and flattened food isn't exactly edible.

My drink was watered down with little to no flavor and I got a mountain dew. I didn't get any sauce and I ordered on the app. I got fiesta potatoes with no utensils. worst taco bell and I LOVE taco bell

**DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER** We’ve been coming here for years and in the past 6 months they’ve gotten worse. Now each time we go there, the order is missing items or wrong. Corporate needs to come down here and both sort out the staff but mainly the AI bot taking the order.

I'm getting older. I go in and order at the kiosk get my take out order. The only thing a employee said to me was she asked me my name so she would know my order. No one said hi, thank you, your total is (I pd. cash), your change is, no anything. Like I say I'm getting older and just kinda think this behavior is kinda rude and employee training and coaching is needed. Growing up I worked in fast food restaurants. I was taught to be friendly and make the customer welcome.

This Taco Bell sucks! Please check your tacos because they don’t put any meat In them at all!! On our way out we said “thank you” and they didn’t even acknowledge us. Bad customer service and poor quality food.

My wife was given the wrong order a week prior. She talked to the manager and was told to bring her receipt for a refund or to get her food remade. When we came back, they didn't want to honor the mistake. Then when we got home we found they didn't put any sauce in our bag
Tried to go through the drive thru and the AI was adding to my order before I even started my order. Drove to the window and was told the staff member couldn't take my prder!!! Horrible experience

Been here twice the 3 time I ordered a meal around 2am and didn’t get what I order properly since I had left I didn’t feel like arguing with the lady on the phone but will not be coming back early morning like I did

Went thru the drive thru, 7/13/25 around 12:15am. Got my food, checked the bag, the guy had instantly left the window before I could ask for sauce, which I already had asked for when I placed my order, 😒 I blew the horn he never came back, so I drove back around to the speaker to ask for sauce again. 😒 Got all the way home to realize my order was wrong, I said NO BEANS and my food still had beans in it. 😡 Very pissed! Do better!!!
