Ordered $50 worth of food. First they didnt give us our drinks. Then we checked our food and half of it was missing but they added more than they left out. It just sucked bc it wasnt what we ordered and the drive thru was too long to circle back

Food was hot and fast, however the service was exceptional!!! Jhonathan C. at the drive thru was so patient and so kind to us, even holding a conversation rather than slamming the window. PLEASE PLEASE taco bell dont lose a gem like him, workers like Jhonathan C. are the reason people come back. Do wtv it takes to keep him such as a raise, promotion, rewards or wtv the case may be and motivate others to be like him.

They didn't give me half my order I was in the drive thru and immediately went back to the drive thru with receipt and all and they tried to recharge me for my order I already paid for and didn't get. Then didn't give me my drink && tried to charge me AGAIN FOR IT!!!!

What happened here? We got through terrible atmosphere with the gas station and shoot outs and then you had amazing window service but someone goes crazy as we all watch and you fire him. Then you have amazing kitchen support from a man that I won't disrespect by attempting his name. So I come here tonight and all pick up spots are full and the window assistant can't speak clearly and mumbles and not just my military disabled self but my wife can't even understand. Then they come outside to tell the order next to us to pull up and lock themselves out... it's been a night

This Taco Bell is the worst I've ever experienced. The service is horrible. They hardly ever get the order correct. Did I mention the service? They are rude and very inconsiderate.

Orders have always been wrong, I've been rushed out of the drive thru before I can even check my food is correct, and every single person who has been at the drive thru has been horrible with their additives.
