This is such a heavily trafficked and populated area, I totally get their struggle with the foot traffic, but this restaurant is really bleak - idk what else to say. There’s no counter service whatsoever. They literally do not even acknowledge customers that enter. There’s a kiosk and a sign that instructs you to order at the kiosks and wait. This has always been poor service since built. Took 25 minutes to get 1 chalupa to go. Last 2 visits no one looked over 18, everyone was slow, confused and screwing up orders. Never a manager in sight here so these kids work without supervision. They charge for extras you want then don't give the extras. They were all nice kids who were kind, courteous and trying but the owner needs to put a real manager in there to supervise and coach. After 25 minutes my order was wrong...
