Taco Bell is always a solid last-minute option when you’re craving something fast and don’t want to spend much. The food is okay, but this time it felt rushed—tacos were a bit soggy, and the burrito fell apart halfway through. Fries came out kind of cold. Service was polite but not very attentive. It’s decent for what it is, but don’t expect consistency. Good if you’re hungry and need something quick, but not something I’d go out of my way for.
They have an automated ordering system. Picked up on extra words and put additional item on my order. Then after telling the system I didn't order the unwanted item, it didn't understand me. But when I arrived at the window, the REAL PERSON had corrected the order. YES to the real person!! NO to the automated system, still needs some work. But I love the idea.
This is such a heavily trafficked and populated area, I totally get their struggle with the foot traffic, but this restaurant is really bleak - idk what else to say. There’s no counter service whatsoever. They literally do not even acknowledge customers that enter. There’s a kiosk and a sign that instructs you to order at the kiosks and wait. There’s absolutely no interaction whatsoever between the staff and customers. The bathrooms are locked and manager has to come out...
